Score from 1455 reviews Very good
Good size room, helpful staff, very clean, fair breakfast. The hotel was only a short walk from the Middle of town. Good lift service and facility to park below the hotel.
Audible air cooled condensers on Fourth floor roof, not a major problem but noticeable when they stop and start. Good mini-bar but would have appreciated tea making facilities. Bed a little hard for us, perhaps we are getting old!
Helpful staff, location, confortable room
Somewhat expensive - however this was my first trip to Spain so not sure if this was "normal"
Everything is wonderful: Location, Stuff, WI-Fi.
location updated rooms non-carpeted floors
loud, hot bar
Everything, including proximity of restaurants
Perfectly positioned near to the old city, the river and good restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was more than adequate with a comfortable bed. Positioned to the side of the building, it was a quiet with no discernible traffic noise. The bathroom was very well appointed with a walk-in shower. We would be happy to stay again.
The view from the window was not particularly inviting, looking over a car park and the train line but it is in the main part of the city and didn't bother us.
Location, w-fi, value
The location is good. Very close to the old part of the city.
When we got to our room, the TV was not working and had to ask for help. The staff responded quickly, but never was able to resolve while we figured it out finally how to make it work. The parking space was also very small for a medium (and over) size car. The breakfast was minimally acceptable.
Centrally located. Only a 10 minute walk from train station and just across the river from the old part of town
The lack of toiletries in the bathroom. No tea/coffee making facilities
Location and staff were excellent, a great base for a few days.
No tea/coffee making facilities
Smell in the room was pretty awful, but after a few hours you won't notice it)
Great hotel, very helpful staff, rooms very clean and quite. In the bathroom great shower facilities.Realy comfortable bed. They have very good, secure bike storage I highly recommend. Breakfast buffet was excellent.Hotel just few minutes walk from the city centre and bus station. Izabela, Michal
Location is good, staff were very friendly and helpful.
Not having a comfortable Lounge to sit in especially at night.
A hidden gem
Hotel was clean
Slept next to a railway and roofterrace was not open, while I booked it mainly for that
Very comfortable beds Convenient parking Free wi fi
Old, thin, grey towels Rooftop bar, which is mentioned on website as good place to sit in the afternoon, did not open until 22.00! Did not try breakfast as quite expensive and breakfast room looked like canteen, definitely not 4 star.
Great location very close to old town. Stylish, spacious room with great shower. Friendly, helpful staff. Great rooftop bar with fantastic views of the city. Great value.
The room was comfortable and well appointed. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The location is close to good restaurants and visiting the old city.
We had no complaints
Our room was upgraded to executive suite at no costs. That was an unforgettable experience!!!
Location. Reception staff.
The fact that there was no response to my e-mail detailing the problems that occurred. 1. The air conditioning did not function. 2. We were offered a glass of cava to be served on the fifth floor after 20.00 and on the invitation a dress code was suggested. On arrival after 20.00 we had to wait to be served and then the two barmen were very poorly dressed, one even had a dirty looking bandage on his hand and the other one returned with a meal which he ate whilst working. 3. The music was loud and the choice of tracks were more suitable to a cheap nightclub. The people in the bar made efforts to move away from the loudspeakers. 4. Look at who your clients are and design functions to suit.
Excellent staff, excellent room, good self service breakfast
Will the Spanish ever learn how to cook good bacon.
I like the ambience and style in the hotel.
There was nothing I did not like
the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in, brilliant value for money
Bar closing at 23:00 hrs. In a hotel?!!
