Hotellets beliggenhed. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Suiten var virkelig værdi for pengene. Man skal regne med en del trafikstøj i de værelser der vender ud mod gaden. Vinduerne er dåligt isolerede, så hotellet kunne med fordel sætte lydisolerende vinduer i. Vi fik uden problemer et nyt værelse efter de to første nætter med trafikstøj. |

the good size of the room. Of course we booked an executive suite. Unfortunately it was a cold week end in Madrid and the hotel's heating did not work. We felt very cold in the roo at night. |

Location and very good room The air conditioner was not working. I asked the front desk and the answer was that the sistem only works during summer (Madrid was hot during my stay but it was'nt summer so...). Amazing a fine hotel like this with high prices do this. |
