Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Some people may find a problem in that the lift is up about half a flight of stairs.

I was lucky enough to have small suite which was very nice, quiet, cool
and comfortable and overlooked a nice area. It was very well situated
and all the complaints I have read about on various reviews I feel do
not reflect my experience here. Very enjoyable

I had to wait for collection by friends so a seating area in Lobby would
have been helpful - the seating area is away near breakfast room

the good size of the room. Of course we booked an executive suite.

Unfortunately it was a cold week end in Madrid and the hotel's heating did not work. We felt very cold in the roo at night.

Location and very good room

The air conditioner was not working. I asked the front desk and the answer was that the sistem only works during summer (Madrid was hot during my stay but it was'nt summer so...). Amazing a fine hotel like this with high prices do this.

No air conditioning in any of the bedrooms. Informed that ac is not available until the sumemer time. Temp in the room at night was over 28 degrees C

Suite for the same price as a normal room, and it was a real suite. Amazing room and great price value
