Room, view and Evening meal, good food and reasonably priced

Breakfast poor - contrast to evening meal.

the breakfast (desayuno ) is poor value at 11 euros which i paid for in advance compared with the evening meal which was excellent, the cooked food was cold and comprised of scrambled eggs bacon and chopped up frankfurters had i known better i would have opted for coffe and croisants. The parking is also expensive at 14 euros per night but if you want peace of mind it is worth it

Good location close to the beach, and the room was comfortable, large, and had a balcony. Great hotel for the money as well. Hotel was easy to get to using the number 1 or 2 bus lines which were very cheap.

The receptionist did not speak English very well at all, the wifi only worked in the lobby, and breakfast was not included in the room.

I booked this based upon rating from booking.com however I did not find a 4 star hotel when I arrived. It looks like a 2 star and was doing.renovations. The room was very basic with an old TV. The staff were unfriendly and Reud. The carpet was stained in places. I would never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone! When I have relied on ratings before it.normally worked out.good except this time. I will be more selective in the future.

Location near beach, and close enough to town to reach by 5 min bus ride.

Good 4 star hotel with a warm welcome at reception. Beautiful, comfortable room with balcony and sea views. Location with easy access to lovely walk along the lengthy promenade. Secure parking although a wee bit pricy at £14 per day.

We have stayed before in the hotel a few years ago. It is a very convenient spot for an overnight stay before or after the ferry journey allowing a comfortable stay before travelling on. Very nice facilities and rooms and close to local restaraunts if needed.

it was perfect for a relaxing night's sleep and so peaceful too! The reception staff were very kind and informative too! We needed a good nights rest after so much travelling and the location was perfect.Would definitely use this hotel again when we pass through Santander! The suite was beautiful and clean and well laid out quite luxurious actually.

Only disappointment was at breakfast. The hot food was cold. As we were travelling onwards after breakfast we were looking forward to a hot meal to keep us going but other than that everything else at the breakfast table was good and plentiful and good value. Couldn't fault the hotel in any way what so ever! A great place to return to.

Excellent hotel, great rooms, nice decor and friendly, helpful reception staff. Fidel is particularly friendly and helpful and has a very good knowledge of the area.

The Room with balcony where very nice , the Hotel Restaurant food was fantastic

It is a lovely hotel with huge balconies and spectacular views over the beaches below. It is set in a very attractive residential area on a hill and the nearest beach was only a 5 minute walk away. It only took 8 minutes to walk to the restaurant and shopping area near the casino.The room was very spacious with a large and very modern bathroom. The beds were huge and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, but would like a room on a higher floor, away from the restaurant and terrace.

The hotel is beautifully designed, but there is a flaw in that the restaurant is open plan with no doors hence all the noise comes up the stair well. We were staying on the first floor and could hear everything going on below. There is also a very attractive outside terrace, but if you are on the first floor you can hear everything people are saying. There were people talking very loudly until almost 1.00am. We couldn't connect to Wi Fi in the room and I suspect that a lot of guests couldn't either as there were lots of people on laptops in the reception area

The hotel was spotless, rooms spacious, air conditioned with large balcony facing the beach. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby had loads of comfortable seating with a relaxing atmosphere. On our final night we dined in the restaurant which was delightful with excellent service. Location-wise, there was a fantastic beach, one of many straight across from the hotel with a supermarket, Pizzahut and cafe/restaurants nearby. The city centre is €5 in a taxi which is very reasonable.Highly recommended and we will stay there again.
