The Gran Hotel is centrally located next to Albacete’s Plaza del Altozano. With an ornate early 20th-century façade, it offers air-conditioned rooms with a pillow menu, free minibar and free Wi-Fi. The elegant rooms are soundproofed and have flat-screen satellite TV as well as a safe. There is a work desk, and the private bathroom comes with a hairdryer. Snacks and cold sandwiches are available from room service 24 hours a day. A range of local cafés and restaurants can be found in the surrounding streets. You can hire a car from the tour desk, and on-site parking can be reserved for an additional charge. There is good access to the A-31 Motorway, and the train station is 500 metres away. Good value for money and good location. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. Free internet access. I could not change the temprature in the room. It was stuck on 22.5 c, for me a bit to warm when I want to sleep.

Eellugar en el que se encuentra. También se nota que se ha renovado a partir de un estado anterior. Esto tiene sus limitaciones, como que la puerta dé directamente al pasillo y que, si uno se descuida, puedan verle a uno en el cuarto de baño desde el pasillo No me ha gustado que las habitaciones den directamente al pasillo, sin que haya un espacio de entrada, por lo que a uno le pueden ver en situación comprometida desde el pasillo si se olvida de cerrar la puerta de entrada a la habitación Tampoco me ha gustado el servicio del Bar o restaurante, que lo anuncia y no lo tienen. Aunque para tomar un piscolabis puede pasar.

Excelente ubicación en el centro de la ciudad, muy buen servicio y atención al cliente por parte del personal del hotel. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y confortables y la decoración está muy cuidada y es de muy buen gusto. Inmejorable en todos los sentidos y 100% recomendable.

Son professionnalisme J'avais réservé par votre canal une chambre pour deux personnes; suite a un accident de sa Mère mon Epouse n'a pu m'accompagner au dernier moment. Le prix de la chambre seule avec petit déjeuner revenait à 333,00 euros au lieu des 381,78. L'hotel m'a quand meme appliqué les 381,78 sous prétexte que la réservation avait été faite par votre canal. Pouvez vous intervenir pour que je puisse recuperer la diference?

Avevamo precedentemente visitato Albacete e ci aveva colpito lo splendido edificio inizio 900 che ospita il Gran Hotel. Abbiamo deciso di soggiornarvi e siamo rimasti incantati dagli interni ultramoderni e molto confortevoli che si armonizzano con lo splendido esterno. Il prsonale è molto gentile, il ristorante serve piatti veramente ottimi a prezzi invitanti, le camere sono ampie ed estremamente confortevoli. Minibar gratuito. E' nel cuore della città, vicino ai negozi ed ai luoghi di interesse. La colazione, inclusa nel prezzo, è un po' povera, rispetto al livello del posto. Lo staff ci ha assicurato che l'hotel si sta attrezzando per migliorare l'offerta.

la ubicación es estupenda, está en el centro de la ciudad, por lo que no es necesario utilizar coche para salir de compras o de tapas. Está rodeado de comercios y de bares de tapas y restaurantes. como punto de mejora sugeriría que las cortinas opacas cerraran mejor sobre las ventanas, no es así y entra mucha luz durante la noche, sobre todo en las habitaciones que dan a la calle que está llena de farolas

La atención en el check-in La atención recepcionista de noche, que no fue capaz de imprimirme la tarjeta de embarque, ni darme ninguna alternativa o solución, como por ejemplo algo tan simple como decirme que ya se lo comunicaría al de la mañana... Una pena porque el resto del personal tuvo una atención ejemplar.
