The guys at the desk. The cafe as an alternative to full breakfast. size of rooms. location and general atmosphere. A pool would have made it perfect!

No tea and coffe facilities in room. VERY NARROW AND TWISTY entrance/ramp to carpark. Even the staff found it very difficult to get our people carrier up and down and we suffered a scartch to hire car mirror..

Excellent area for walking the city. Basically hotel could be super but just misses out. However, a good place to stay with comfortable room.Better to eat out and then it would be very good.Great car park.

Sadly we found this hotel disappointing but must remember that it was very inexpensive. Staff totally overworked and not time to be friendly. Business centre one computer,didnt work and no one could help us. They have closed the restaurant and the Caffeteria was dreadful and food very average.Breakfast in basement was very poor indeed.

very old facilities. The shower holder is broken, which brought inconvenience. wifi signal is weak, especially during the night time -- it is just impossible to access internet at that time. You might can get internet access when everybody is out for fun during the day time. The path to car park is sooooo narrow, be careful!

Well, to say something, I was at the 4th floor on the corner and most of the time the wi-fi internet connection was slow.

Very nice rooms. Beautiful big bathroom, everything worked, quiet enough. Close to Gran Vía shops and tourist bus. Food in cafe was good (avoid the house gin).

All the other little packs and bottles but no shower cap in bathroom. (That's pretty picky, eh?)

Excellent sized, clean,comfortable rooms with good-sized bed and good bathroom. Pleasant lounge area with friendly service for an evening drink. A typical reasonable quality chain hotel ideal for visitors to the city being about 10 minutes walk from the cathedral area.

Atrocious parking for anything but the smallest car. Reception a bit understaffed at Check-In but quickly resolved by very friendly receptionist. Tv in the room is old and not in keeping with rest of the services. Breakfast average

I booked this hotel online because I wanted to visit The Alhambra in the middle of a two week visit to south east Spain. This is a very stylish but reasonably priced hotel with parking facilities for those who are touring or on business.I Cannot fault anything about this hotel. The staff are excellent, courteous and helpful to a lone female traveller of 70 years + Staying at this hotel is a very warm experience. The rooms are generous in size and extremely comfortable with all the facilities that you can need. The on duty staff are really helpful and the porter goes out of his way to park and retrieve cars from the underground car park. This is one of the best hotels that I have ever booked as a stopover when driving over the years through to my final holiday destinations in Spain, Italy and France.I Would recommend it to anyone who is on a touring visit or a business trip.The restaurant provides excellent meals for room service when required and the breakfast menu is wide ranging and beautifully presented in the morning breakfast buffet area.

There was nothing that I did 'nt like about this hotel.

Comfortable. Good value. Good breakfast, although not cheap. Underground parking, although not cheap.

No food available in evening until 8pm. Pointer on map showed it on wrong road, which was No Entry, causing some confusion.
