The three of us stayed for 50 Euros per night in a 5 star hotel. It's about a 10 - 15 min walk to the city center but it couldn't get any better for a 4 - 5 star hotel We were misinformed by booking.com that there is a bus in front of the hotel that would take us to Al Hambra. After checked-in, hotel staff later confirmed that there are are bus services but none of them take us to the city center or Al Hambra but rather lead us away from the city center. This misrepresentation of the hotel should be rectified immediately. A second issue relates to communication. I called for room service and was surprised given a rather high end hotel like this couldn't put someone at the end of the line who could speak English.

The hotel was comfortable and pleasant i need to say that we changed rooms from a white cold one facing the high street to a cosy dark one which was a lot quieter and cosier.

A friendly reception on booking in. Room was was ready for us to go in at a 11am. it was 10 min walk from the cathedral in centre of city a really pleasant 2 day stay

Beautiful Reception and Atrium Lounge area, welcoming and great to meet/ sit and have drinks. Parking was expensive as no choice really but to park in hotel (underground) car park. No proper restaurant - it is now a combined cafe/sports bar/restaurant. Breakfast buffet cooked food was cold and tasteless. Cold food, fruit, breads etc ok. Reasonably priced at E10 (cheaper than parking the car !)

It was very convenient for visiting Granada by car. Easy access from the motorway and then easy walking into the city centre, cathedral the Alhambra etc Good value for money.

Granada was a much simpler and smaller city compared to Barcelona. So it was good that the taxi cab driver knew exactly where the hotel it was. The hotel was definitely much bigger than the usual smaller hotels or B&B than we stayed in during our other travels in other European cities. So the room was big even with a Sala set. The breakfast buffet also had a good selection and was also very complete.

The location was perfect - a few minutes walk to the city center but also easy access by car. We came for downhill skiing on Sierra Nevada, so it was just perfect for us by car. Large, nice rooms and beds, good breakfast, spaceful and modern lobby... Very good value! The staff could have been more friendly.

Pillows and bed uncomfortable mold in the bath charging for parking and not representing appropriate amount on sites advertised no English channels available yet is a 4 star hotel and has no digital tv additional charges for channels in english 16 euros!
