Cozy room with radiator Clean bathroom, beds and friendly staffs
Weak wifi signal
Very nice room, friendly staff, walking distance to everything, only 900 meters to train station.
Shops nearby and Alhambra is a 20 min. walk.
Pretty hard to go by car and to park. Don't recommend going by car if you can - parking is costly and you run the risk of getting a ticket.
good sized rooms, quiet at night perfect location. fantastic shower and batroom (dodgy bathroom sliding door, not much privacy) hotel staff could be a little more welcoming
The host was really kind, the location is best, the service was great. Especially keeping the baggage was free while most other hotels charge for that.
Cleanliness. Location Service was prompt at the front dest. Excellent value for money
Wifi was a bit weak but I was on the top floor. It was enough to check my e mails and whatsapp though.
I liked almost everything: the staff at the counter were really helpful and they store your luggage for you if you have to do some more sightseeing after checking out. The room was quite spacious, the bathroom was clean and neat, there was a TV, a wardrobe, extra blankets (winter is quite chilly in Granada), Air Conditioning/Heating... overall I was greatly and pleasantly surprised. They also have a deal with a very close-by restaurant to get a decent breakfast for very little money. Would go back there for sure.
The only thing I didn't like 100% was the aspect of the streets around the hotel at night. It maybe perfectly safe for all I know, but the streets behind the main road were quite empty. Apart from that, I really liked this place!
We got the adjoining romms which consisted of 2 rooms sharing a private hall with 1 1/2 baths. It was a nice set up for our family at very reasonable price. We didn't have time to try the breakfast.
The towels were very small and thin, but we haven't had nice towels anywhere in Spain.
The connected double room was quite big and nice, and with a balcony! And the staff were very helpful. I got the email showing how to get here once I confirmed the reservation, and it was not hard to find with the map. Not far to walk to the city center and the cathedral.
A bit far if walk from train station to the hotel. And the streets to the hotel were not comfortable for dragging the suitcase. Everything else were just great!
The location was near to hospital & centre as well. There were extra pillows&blankets in wardrobe if needed.A bright airy room with little balcony.A car park available at 13 euros night.
The receptionist wasn't very welcoming, rather glum!! The lift was full with cleaning things& trolley! Receptionist didn't rush to move it all so we used the stairs!!Oneway street full of graffiti & rather run down.
Good central location. Clean. Staff very good.
Bit of street noise at night.
Very nice hotel.
Very nice and clean hotel with very good facilities. And the staff of the reception was excellent for answering your every single question. Really enjoyed the staying there.
Wifi was not working so well. Except that everything was just perfect.
The location is fantastic, only a few minutes walk away from the cathedral and other sights, and the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful and helped us to book tickets to the Alhambra so we didn't have to stand in line for hours! I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Great value and location.
No air conditioning
Room and cleanneds
We had to cut short to see alhambra - asking just for one hour late check out. Our request was blank rejected thus many rooms available.
i booked the smallestest room but the bathroom was not small.the room was clean and hotel is located near gran via.
Clean, well located, friendly staff, comfortable.
Room was a bit small, but just enough for two people.
The hotel would have been fine if the room was a decent size.
Our double room was like living in a matchbox. We were falling over each other and had to keep our case, not large but medium size in the bathroom. There was room only for one bedside table as the room was so narrow. Hotel website said it could book Alhambra tickets for clients. As we could not book them from home with australian credit cards we asked the hotel to buy them for us. They refused because they could not use our Aust credit cards for the purchase, however another couple we met staying at a different hotel in Granada had their hotel purchase tickets for them which they then paid the hotel for. We waited 21/2 hrs in the cold and dark to buy our tickets at the site. Thanks for nothing hotel Granada Centro.
This is the second time I have stayed at the Granada Centro and it seems even better than before. *The position is within walking distance of just about everything. *You don't get all the frills but it's good value accommodation for the price. * The staff are helpful and their English is good. I had a fall in town during my stay and they took care to make sure I was OK. In my last review I noted that the bedside lamps needed brighter bulbs for reading in bed and this year they are brighter, so many thanks for listening and fixing that, much appreciated.
Some mornings you feel it might be nice to have breakfast in the hotel but then you remember that they have an arrangement with a café nearby so it's not that difficult.
Location Value for money Staff professional for such a small hotel.
Noise disturbed sleep occasionally Parking obviously a problem and at an extra cost - fair enough in a busy city. Graffiti!
Condition and location of the hotel!
WiFi signal was none existent, ventilation system smelt of cigeratte smoke.
The location is perfect
small room with no light
good location and good value for money. the street is not the preetiest but it is very easy to get to Gran Via Colon
