The connected double room was quite big and nice, and with a balcony! And the staff were very helpful. I got the email showing how to get here once I confirmed the reservation, and it was not hard to find with the map. Not far to walk to the city center and the cathedral.
A bit far if walk from train station to the hotel. And the streets to the hotel were not comfortable for dragging the suitcase. Everything else were just great!
The location was near to hospital & centre as well. There were extra pillows&blankets in wardrobe if needed.A bright airy room with little balcony.A car park available at 13 euros night.
The receptionist wasn't very welcoming, rather glum!! The lift was full with cleaning things& trolley! Receptionist didn't rush to move it all so we used the stairs!!Oneway street full of graffiti & rather run down.
Good central location. Clean. Staff very good.
Bit of street noise at night.
Very nice hotel.
Very nice and clean hotel with very good facilities. And the staff of the reception was excellent for answering your every single question. Really enjoyed the staying there.
Wifi was not working so well. Except that everything was just perfect.
The location is fantastic, only a few minutes walk away from the cathedral and other sights, and the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful and helped us to book tickets to the Alhambra so we didn't have to stand in line for hours! I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Great value and location.
No air conditioning
Room and cleanneds
We had to cut short to see alhambra - asking just for one hour late check out. Our request was blank rejected thus many rooms available.
i booked the smallestest room but the bathroom was not small.the room was clean and hotel is located near gran via.
Clean, well located, friendly staff, comfortable.
Room was a bit small, but just enough for two people.
The hotel would have been fine if the room was a decent size.
Our double room was like living in a matchbox. We were falling over each other and had to keep our case, not large but medium size in the bathroom. There was room only for one bedside table as the room was so narrow. Hotel website said it could book Alhambra tickets for clients. As we could not book them from home with australian credit cards we asked the hotel to buy them for us. They refused because they could not use our Aust credit cards for the purchase, however another couple we met staying at a different hotel in Granada had their hotel purchase tickets for them which they then paid the hotel for. We waited 21/2 hrs in the cold and dark to buy our tickets at the site. Thanks for nothing hotel Granada Centro.
This is the second time I have stayed at the Granada Centro and it seems even better than before. *The position is within walking distance of just about everything. *You don't get all the frills but it's good value accommodation for the price. * The staff are helpful and their English is good. I had a fall in town during my stay and they took care to make sure I was OK. In my last review I noted that the bedside lamps needed brighter bulbs for reading in bed and this year they are brighter, so many thanks for listening and fixing that, much appreciated.
Some mornings you feel it might be nice to have breakfast in the hotel but then you remember that they have an arrangement with a café nearby so it's not that difficult.
Location Value for money Staff professional for such a small hotel.
Noise disturbed sleep occasionally Parking obviously a problem and at an extra cost - fair enough in a busy city. Graffiti!
Condition and location of the hotel!
WiFi signal was none existent, ventilation system smelt of cigeratte smoke.
The location is perfect
small room with no light
good location and good value for money. the street is not the preetiest but it is very easy to get to Gran Via Colon
receptionist extremely helpful and ensured a good experience.
Loads of graffeti outside the hotel on adjacent walls - not their fault but sad to see.
Clean, modern place.
The location is very good, and staff friendly and rather helpful to the tourist. There is electric hotpot for lending, although I knew it only at the day I checked out.
The room space is small, and facility is old and bath towel not very clean.
the location. We found free parking just up the road for 3 days. The guy at the desk was really helpful. Free use of computer downstairs. Free tapas with every drink in Grenada. Just great.
- the guy in the reception helped us a lot about seeing around, gave some really good tips about the city - wifi was quite fast - the hotel had a deal with a cafe nearby and the breakfast was quite good for the cost
- the hotel was kind of dark - furniture was old
We booked 2 rooms and got the whole 4th floor. Kids room had a large terras, separate toilet, little bathroom. All very clean and comfortable. Good location.
Antonio was very helpful and patient!
