the hotel staffs don't speak english at all. if you know spainish it is ok otherwise it is terrible difficult to communicate. The room is ok but sound-proofing is really bad, you can hear talks of neighbour very clear. the map provided by the hotel isn't clear at all which lead to us missed a few sites. travler should get map from city tourist information which gives very clear route for view sites. We booked 2 nights, but when we want to checkout 1 day early due to airline cancel flight, we were told we must pay 2 nights. This is not in line with their cancel policy in our point of view. And booking can't help as well.

The room is clean and neat. The design is like a good hotel but easier. The price is idea and the location is ok. You can walk to every sights.

The wi-fi is weak and unstable.

The location was great. The staff was very pleasant and helpfull.

The beds were lumpy and not comfortable. The shower head had a low flow and the shower door had no gasket and squirted water everywhere. Decor was not pastel colours as advertised.

Location was ok

Room 103, just above the road level was 15 metres from a bar across the lane. The noise prevented any sleep until 4 am, even with ear plugs. The bed was a metal frame with springs, just above a camp bed. The room was minimal and did not have a chair. On requesting one, I was told it was not possible. One night was 46 Euros and is the biggest rip off in four weeks so far in Spain. The provenance of the inputs for a 8.4 satisfaction rating should be examined. I relied upon your website for this accommodation choice, at my great inconvenience and cost. The staff refused to move me to another room, even when I requested this. Booking. Com should remove this hotel from their site!!!

Location is perfect to make a walking tour of the city centre.It's quite near all the city sights and tapas bars. Quality-price relation is perfect! Staff very kindly.

worth every penny. the staffs they are really helpfull. the room very clean. a bit far from alhambra. but u can go to the nearby bus station and take a bus to go there.

The three of us were all asleep at 2300 hr. Suddenly we heard some knocking on the door. After the second round of bangings we decided to check it out, and right then we heard keys and door knob turning and a male staff walked in!!! He didn't apologize and just asked if he can check out the bathroom because the room below us had some water dripping. Horrible service! Wi-Fi is inconstant as well.

Clean rooms, helpful staff (but they don't speak English), great location. For the price of hostel (at the time of our stay) we got nice little air conditioned room with daily cleaned bathroom. Definitely recommend.

This was a perfect, reasonably low price, well located hotel that was perfect for my trip. Granada was the last city on the bicycling portion of a three week trip to Spain. As such, I needed a hotel that could store my bike until the rental company could pick it up. No problem at Hotel Cedran. I also needed a hotel that would accept receipt of my luggage a day or two before my arrival. No problem. And I needed a double room to accommodate a friend who would be joining me a day or two after my arrival in Granada. No problem. In fact, I arrived 3 days early and my luggage was waiting for me. (I did book the extra days through Booking.com just to make sure there'd be a room available.) The room wasn't huge, but it was more than adequate. There was enough storage for two people to share the room comfortably. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. And the beds were fine. Maybe even more importantly, Hotel Cedran is very well located, just 1/2 block off the Gran Via de Colon and only a few blocks from the center of town. It is walking distance to everything. The staff was courteous and helpful. This is the perfect place to base a multi-day visit to wonderful Granada.

No sound proof doors, if there is too much noise in the corridors you won't sleep much

Close to Alhambra. Good wifi in rooms. Rooms and bathrooms have clean, modern design

No laundry facilities available. The bath shower had a swing door that didn't seal and left the floor covered in water every time we showered. If you want to avoid slightly darker alleyways then it's not for you.

Good hotel at a good location with free internet access. You can walk to the city center in 10 minutes. Staff is warmheart and professional. Room is clean.

Private parking fee is not cheap, but necessary.
