Friendly staff, a good geographic situation: the hotel is only 20mins walk from the Alhambra, and almost the same from San Nicolas.
The extra bed was a bit uncomfortable, but the regular bed was good. The bathroom lacked some furniture, like a glass door to isolate the shower, it was a bit cold there in November :)
Staff were very kind and helpful and went way beyond the norm to help. Very clean, excellent value for money and comfortable. Bars and restaurants nearby but no noise pollution.
One tiny thing, there was only shower gel in the bathroom (in individual sachets) and no soap
The bed was comfortable. It was very clean.
It was really cold. There was no bathroom screen. The wifi was bad.
Shower had no curtain/ door
Nice hotel, with nice equipment.
Hotel don't have Wi-Fi connection in the room, but we need it because of work.
24 hour reception, elevators.
internet connection is not working in the room but only in the lobby.
Worst beds I've slept on
Although the location was good, that was the only redeeming factor.
Where do I begin? This hotel was the most diificult to find during our three weeks of travel in Europe....nothing to identify it from the outside...we spent almost an hour circling it before discovering it. Bookings.com said there was parking provided (for a fee), When we got there the parking for the hotel was "full" requiring us to park several miles away in a public lot which required more time "circiling". Another half hour later, we tried to connect to the wi-fi, described by bookings.com to be available in all areas, only to learn it was only available in the not so inviting lobby. The room was so small we had to take turns squeezing by each other to move around. The bathroom was the worst I have seen since I have been in Europe...so bad I took pictures to memorialize if interested. The bidet did not work. The final straw was in the morning when I tried to shower after waiting several minutes for the hot water, I pulled the shower curtain shut and it fell on my head, rod and all. Run as fast as you can away from this place. It was filthy!
The location and the staff were really nice. And the room was clean.
They don't know some information about the city.
clean, comfortable and centrally located.
The rooms are very small. There are too small for 2 persons.
Reception staff was friendly
Noisy toilet, requested for twin beds but to available
İnternet, pillows, touristic information, check-in at 14.00, stuff speaks just spanish.
Very close to the tapas and moors area of Granada.
Parking very expensive. Our room had a broken electrical point that looked dangerous.
After entering the room we got welcomed by a strong smell of cigarettes. Room was for non smokers but seemed like someone was smoking inside recently. One of the bathroom towels smelled like an ashtray, probably because was not changed. Shower was leaking making all the bathroom floor wet. Couldn't connect to wifi.
Location very close to everything you would like to see.
Wifi on reaches the 2nd floor we were on the 4 th, also I requested a double bed and was given 2 singles and unable to change this.
Not wifi in 5th floor.
location, near to to centre
we were travelling by mini van and it did not enter in the hotel parking.
Very nice and clean room, not too big but very close to the city center. We also found a park spot ight in front of the hotel and didn't need to use it for the following 2 days.
Wifi was bad
It was extremely practical and clean and comfortable. The price was excelent
Its les that ten minute walk from plaza nueva and behind calle elvira. The place is clean, a bit small and basic but not bad. Good price!
The deco was a bit boring other than that all good!! I think that you have to go to the lobby for the Internet.
The attention given us by the staff was superb.
There was no place to park nearby, and it was difficult to get to.
A good location.
The staff were incredibly rude - talking on mobile phones while we were checking in and ignoring our questions. They charged us 18 euros per day for parking which is extortionate. The bed was extremely hard and had one long concrete like pillow. We ended up getting rid of it and using our towels as pillows. No soap in the bathroom and a pitiful shower.
I went to have a shower and there were no toiletries. I went out and asked the lady at the reception. She gave them to me, I thanked her. No reply, no smile. I believe if you are doing a job like that you should be always smile and polite to people, otherwise close your self in an office in front of a PC !!
