娘の大学卒業旅行で姪と３人で利用 前日は市内の別のホテル泊った為、正午にチェックイン出来てたすかりました。 内装は、スタイリシュかつ清潔　スタッフは、皆さん若くて親切 機会ありましたら、またぜひ利用したい

Spacious, extraordinarily well designed room. Excellent location. Very helpful staff. This is not a place for the traditional hotel traveler. The hotel is urban, sleek, elegant.

Not one negative

Excellent hotel in a great central location very close to the Cathedral. Staff were very friendly and check in was easy. Rooms were very modern - not the biggest but were spacious enough for a city break - bathrooms were very clean and spacious. Facilities in the hotel were good - the rooftop pool, view and bar were terrific - although the bar was not surprisingly expensive. I would definitely stay here if I was visiting Barcelona again.

No free Wi Fi.

It was clean and very comfortable. Most of the staff was very helpful. It's location is very convenient, very close to the city center and in the middle of the Gothic Quarter.

When you have a car, it's very hard to stop by the hotel, unload and load luggage. The hotel is trying to help you with parking etc, but still it dose not feel very comfortable. In general I would not recommend anybody to hire a car in Barcelona. This city and it's hotels are absolutely not car friendly in terms of parking. The same time the city has a great public transportation and taxis and beyond other things you better walk in here.

The staff help and friendliness was excellent. It was of the very highest standard. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. It was central to all locations. I would gladly recommend the hotel to everyone.

no complaints

We came to the Grand Hotel Central after a cruise and after having practically 5 star treatment and complete luxury the previous week we were worried that we might have a complete come down with the hotel, this was not the case as the hotel although not 5 star was very clean and comfortable. All in all we loved this hotel and if I was going back to Barcelona and the price was the same I would have no problem staying in this hotel. For Irish travelers it is so handy to two Irish pubs namely Dunnes and Mc Carthys which are both on the same street.

I cannot think of anything to complain about.

The staff in reception could not do enough for us, the bar staff were very friendly, the room was clean and well appointed if a little small. Breakfast was lovely and I would recommend this hotel.

Rooms are a little bit noisy

Arrived early by train at 9am at hotel, the staff let us check in right away and not wait till 2 pm. That shower I was able to take made all the difference for a enjoyable day. Will be returning to Barcelona in a few months and will only stay at The Grand Central.

The Hotel is beautiful! I admire how an old buliding was renovated and updated to become so modern. The staff was excellent and the room was always clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the staff at the restaurant was always pleasant.

Unfortunately, our original flight to Barcelona was a day late because of mechanical problems with our Air France flight. My sister emailed the Hotel informing of you of our unexpected delay. We are very disappointed that we were charged for the night we missed on our reservations. That was completely out of our control; we believe we should not be charged for that night. We hope that we can somehow be reimbursed for that missed night. Also, it meant that we missed a day of our holiday in a city we really wanted to visit.
