It was fantastic! We got bus discounts at the hotel! Caught the bus just outside the hotel, on a 2-day pass, and we were off to see the city. The hotel had a pool, a hot tub and wonderful weight room, and a great place to lay out and absorb the rays! Yes! I'd go back there again! At first, they were booked up for the night! We were offered a room with no view! We said no. We told them that we had a reservation for a room with a view of the city, since January 21, and it was now June 18th, he told us we would just have to wait and see if there were any rooms coming up, (by 3:00) It was 9:00 am! Ok we asked if there was a place to lock up our luggage, he said sure, just put them over there! (It was against the wall!) We walked out the front of the hotel to the bus stop and forgot the bus passes, so we went back to ask for them and what do you know......we had a room!!!!

The room was spacious. Loved the huge "dressing" closet. Patio/terrace was nice but lacked some chairs. I thought that I was dropped off at the back entrance of the hotel. It lacked warmth and decor. Also a small small gift/variety store would have been nice. Did not see a cocktail lounge either. Basically, there was nothing to do within the hotel.

Location is amazing only if you get a room to the city view with balcony, city tour bus stop around 2 minutes walking, 5 minutes to the La Ramble.

The service was excellent and friendly. A good price for a weekend break with a luxury room to stay in. All round one of the best hotels I've stayed in. We had complementary bubbly and slice of cake because it was the wife's birthday. I did not tell them so great touch to the weekend break.

The bathroom was good This is a hotel built in the docks of Barcelona (the "Marina"!), behind the world trade center. The "sea view" rooms overlook an office block and a court yard. You access it after a long drive/walk which, at night, seems to be the meeting point of the homeless. You wonder how safe it really is. If you like the fumes of very large ship docked just next to the hotel, the docks atmosphere (deserted at night, except for the above- mentioned homeless) and the view of a world trade center, then it's a great hotel.

This hotel is pricey, but is definitely 5 stars... Very nice location (just across the bridge from the cruise terminals, above the excellent wtc parking facility, and with a Hop on Hop off stop 50 meters from the hotel front). The price is pretty high when you add in a preteen. It did fit our needs nicely, but we definitely paid for it.

Excellent staff, very well appointed facilities, fantastic condition. Our room was one of a few that didn't have a balcony and overlooked the World Trade Centre square so the view could have been much better. Although we asked for a view of the sea (which we didn't get) next time I would ask for a view of the city.

Real five star luxury and great value. Staff could not do enough to help and all spoke good English. Went to celebrate our 25th anniversary and were given complimentary champagne ! Stunning marina views in central location. Can't recommend highly enough. Whole experience was unbeatable !

Everything Maintaining the shower at a constant temperature was a real problem. It kept varying from too cold, to burning the skin. Everyday, at any time. That needs to be fixed.

Very good location. On the waterfront and very convenient for Port Vell and La Rambla. The rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel staff were helpful and efficient. There are very good views of the city and marina from some of the more expensive rooms. All of the basic rooms don't have showers, which we didn't expect from a five star hotel. The internet speed using the wireless router is very slow and sometimes it is not possible to connect to the internet at all. There are no tea and coffee making making facilities in any of the rooms.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. Nice Location with great view. The room (402) we stayed in was very nice with wooden floor and nice, big bathroom. The Barcelona City tour bus stops right in front of the hotel which was very Convenient. Nothing. We regretted not staying longer because for the 4 days we were in Barcelona, it rained for 3 days non stop.

Triple room for 2 adults and a child is very spacious and its wood floor is very comfortable to us. There is no shops for food and beverage within walking distance. We have to go to Rambls st. Or Mare Magnum. It is too near to take a taxi and a little bit far on foot. We have to order room service for ice cream after a walking trip. ^^ If you don't mind spening money, it would be very nice hotel to you.

The location, 10 minute walk to the busy street of las rambles, is fairly quiet and sits adjacent to the marina. Great view of the city/sea. Nice gym/jacuzzi facilities, and terrace. The room is of premium quality. The fact the the toiletries are tested on animals and contain animal products. As vegetarians, we refrained from using most of the products. My wife could have done with a shower cap which was not provided.
