I like location nearly with city Barselona, seaside.

No View, Small Windows, Very Dark No Bath Robes No Balcony No Seating Area VERY Expensive! When complaining was told "you have a Deluxe Room" and then said "Sorry, Hotel is full, come back tomorrow at 12noon to see if another room available" I could not due this as I was watching the Grand Prix!!

Very easy to find & luxurious hotel with almost every think you could want for. Live duo - piano and vox - in the bar on Saturday night who were very, very good.

Restaurant, bar and mini bar prices are quite exorbitant. Room didn't have a kettle or cutlery, although I'm sure you could rent either for the same price as buying a cheap ones from the shopping centre just across the harbour.

Room re big and nice color of interior , personal is trying be nice but still they must learn a lot and learn to smile, hotel situate near rambla so not far to all even by walk, touristic bus stops near a hotel, nice few from the hotel, good gym

In five stars hotel wasn't bathrobe in room( I should ask about it), no coffee or tea in rooms always should order from restaurant and wait a lot of time for it... About food in room it's most terrible story:once I ordered omelette , so they brought it with green salad leaves almost brown already, chef wasn't shy to put something on plate of guests what should be in garbage already one week ago. Personal is not very friendly even they re trying( except some people), plus what shocked me girls have dirty hair and nails needs manicure ,they look unclean what strange for Barcelona , and in general personal is very slow but finally at least they do all u ask

Bed is really big. We had room on the rooftop, 8th floor. Beautiful view.

The location was great, you can walk to shopping and walking in less then 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestion of places to visit and resturants. We had a room overlooking the port and the city it was spectacle at night to stand on our balcony and look at the city.

My husband smelled smoke at 5.30am on Sunday 21 April 2013 and looked out in the corridor. It was filled with dense smoke as were floors 5, 6, 7, and 8. We were on the 5th floor. He awakened me. The smoke alarms did not work in the bedrooms or in the corridors. Hotel staff did nothing. We went down the fire escape with other guests. Reception staff carried on as normal booking guests in and out. Ignoring us in our dresssing gowns. One hour later the manager arrived and just before that the fire brigade and police. Our stay was ruined by this very serious incident and the Hotel's response.

Apart from breakfast we didn't eat or drink in the Hotel as thought the prices were very expensive.

Great singer and guitarist playing live in the bar on Saturday night. Is in a great location where you can watch the ships arriving and leaving the harbour but 4 minuites walk from the centre of the city. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable.

Everything about the stay was fantastic. Lovely staff, friendly service. Great bar to sit in the evenings nice atmosphere. Room fantastic clean and spacious. Would highly recommend. Excellent location.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, however for €27 it was a bit steep.

The Internet reception in the room was poor and had to reconnect many times. Also, the hotel had bikes to take to the city, but charged €20 per bike. I would like to see them free of charge in a 5-star hotel like this. The pool was closed as well.

Breakfast was excellent

Very clean, silent and comfortable rooms. Commendable breakfast and buffet. Generally the personnel is well trained and helpful. I have to mention particularly the tall, black vallet - Never got to read his name from the tag as he is always on the move. The GM of the hotel, is always around the staff and customers.

Long waiting times to contact reception personnel. We had to wait in line for half an hour for the check in. I hope the numbered interns at the desk will be ready by the high season. The location of the hotel lead us to take a cab for all of our dinners. Quite a few of the Barcelona taxi drivers will try to rip you off. Poor business center.

We were upgraded to a nice spacious suite upon arrival. Which was a nice touch. Nice, spacious room, very well cleaned, bathroom was great, good beds. The breakfast was good, could get more tea varieties. Booked a table at a restaurant through a hotel, nice list of restaurant suggestions. Ubeatable combination price/quality. Very spacious, lot's of air, not too crowded. Good standard. Great staff
