Typical Barcelona design of the hotel's building. Lovely and helpfull staff - feeling of a family hotel. The room was big and consisted of a bedroom and a reception separated from each other with a sliding door. It was a sliding door beetwing the reception and the balcony as well. The rooms are well isolated from the outside noise. Very fresh marble bathroom. There was no tee-kit but you can get a can with hot water for free and any time. On the opposite side of the hotel there is a very nice bar/restaurnt Velodromo popular for its lovely breakfast, lunch, dinner and just drinks. The bar Milano intill to the hotel was very populer as well men we preferred the atmosphere of the oldfashion Velodromo. I stayed there on business and I would stay in this hotel again. Actually nothing negative but people on business should require a propper internet connection when they book a room since the rooms far from the WiFi point may have bad connection (so was our 1001 room). The safe box fee is not included in the room's prise and costs 2 Euro per 24 hours but the safe box is a propper one with the 8 digits code.

Big rooms (all suites) with a nice balcony. Great location for going out in the evening, full of restaurants and bars but with no tourists. Japanese restaurant in the hotel. Comfortable bed (soft). Good service. The rooms are starting to show their age. Small shower head with not enough water pressure. The front door is ridiculously small. Breakfast did not have orange juice, you had to ask for it and they bring you one glass and it is not freshly squeezed.

The whole experience was very enjoyable, from reception where the help with parking included staff moving their cars to make room for our Discovery to the 'welcome back@ after every trip out. Room, wi;fi, sitting room, balcony, superb position. It really lacked nothing.

The real 3-4 stars hotel with good standard. We like everything exept the price:) The price and that is only one. But for Barcelona the price with dicount was really moderate.

Principalmente, uno se siente como en casa, y con esto lo digo todo. La atención y el servicio del personal y dirección de este hotel es insuperable. Conozco el hotel desde hace muchos años. Siempre voy al Guitart Gran Passage donde me siento muy a gusto. Tengo muchos viajes que hacer este año a Barcelona, y lo recomiendo a cualquiera que vaya en la capital.

Location is excelent for money you pay, most of main sights in the walking distance. Staff is very helpful. Room was requested non smoking but was smell of smoke. Shower handle was broken.

Great location in a nice area of Barcelona away from noise. Nice large suite. Very helpful staff. Quiet room. Smoke free. Room was tidy, kept up, but not really clean. Too bad breakfast was over-priced, but we discovered several wonderful cafe bars in the neighborhood for good breakfasts.

The hotels location meant a bus or metro journey into the city centre each day. There were no coffee or tea facilities in the room( I understand this is the norm in this part of Spain)

Die Lage des Hotes ist zwar nicht optimal, aber das Zentrum fußläufig in ca. 20 Minuten leicht zu erreichen. Viele Lokale in der Umgebung.Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer im ersten Stock, das trotz der stark befahrenen Straße (verm. Durch die Balkonverglasung) relativ ruhig war. Gute Verständigung durch eine deutsch sprechende Mitarbeiterin der Reception, alle sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Im Badezimmer könnte die Reinigung auch in den Ecken besser sein. Das Hotel ist ein gutes 3 Stern Hotel, aber 4 Sterne würde ich nicht geben. Der Frühstücksraum etwas zu klein, das Frühstück für das gebotene mit 16,- Euro pro Person zu teuer.

El Hall de entrada me asustó un poco ya que no es propio de un 4 estrellas. Sin embargo, las habitaciones excelentes, las camas comodísimas y el desayuno buffet muy bueno. Personalmente sí lo recomiendo.

La calida de atención del personal en recepción y buffet del desayuno El hotel necesita con urgencia un restiling. El sofá de la sala en la habitación está visibilemente deteriorado y persiste un penetrante olor como a habitación cerrada de larga duración o mal ventilada. Es una pena porque la ubicación y la arquitectura del hotel son muy bonitas pero se nota que lleva tiempo sin que se invierta en él. El mando a distancia de la tv de la sala estaba repleto de polvo, sin hablar de la antiguedad de la propia tv.

La situation de l'hotel. La gentillesse et serviabilite du personnel. La tranquilite et la chambre tres spacieuse. L'aspect un peu vetuste du papier peint et des jointures en silicone de la salle de bain.
