Gran Hotel Bali  

Good clean rooms with a great view and a convenient location. Bus stops, a few bars and a Mercadonna supermarket outside. A 10-15 minute slow walk to Poniente and Finestrat beaches The food was good for buffet eating, unpretentious but well done. Plenty of real salad and fresh orange juice, made with real oranges not powder or concentrate, at breakfast in the Xaloc restaurant. The other restaurant downstairs was a bit gloomy and barn like but Xaloc was good. The ability to prepay for drinks at a discount was useful and the choice of reasonably priced wine was good.

To get drinks at dinner you had to go to a counter and ask and pay, like an English pub but unusual in Spain. This was no real problem once we knew about it but we had to find out.

I stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights 9th-11th May 2012. Very friendl staff. I found them to be helpful, reasonable and with a true first class service. The hotel is about an 9Euro taxi ride away from the main nightlife but the beaches near to the hotel looked very clean, open and with beautiful seafront landscaping. A definate recommendation for those of you who would like peace and quiet. I will definately choose this hotel for my next benidorm stay. Carlos

Stayed at Bali before and really enjoy it as location good for the quieter La Cala and also the old town Benidorm can be reached by walking or local bus. This stay was improved as room excellent unsure if upgraded by booking.com as large 2 bedroomed suite. Great value for money.

The hotel was lovely very clean and nice staff

It was filled with old spanish couples and they just push in front and expect everything it was in a quiet part of benidorm but was a lovely spot and had shops and bars near and a lovely bay

The hotel sells itself on views and location which was all we desired for one night in Benidorm. The front of house staff team would benefit from some customer service training yet although are booking wasn't on the system it was still dealt with yet in a very lax manner. For something the cost of a Premier Inn at home you can't have great high hopes even 30 floors up. The views were great and the bed and bath were good! If you are looking for that classic all inclusive holiday, you won't like it here. There are plently of bars and restaurants locally and with the hotels wifi not being so great nor in the rooms you will better off hunting them down too.

The service at check in was lax and could be greatly improved. Wifi wouldnt connect in Hall or Reception, none in bedrooms. Having to print the booking confirmation on receptions pc as my email on the iPhone wasn't sufficient enough. It's 2011 and pretty much paper free!

las habitaciones, para quien le gusten las alturas.

Para la cena, te dan hora de entrada hasta las 21:30 a las 21:45 ya te estan diciendo que elijas postre que recojeran las bandejas, con muchas prisas para recojer, a las 22:00 h. estabamos mi marido y yo solos en el salon incomodos y sin terminar con postre nos fuimos parecia un zafarrancho militar, teniamos media pension al dia siguiente, pero no fuimos.

La altura es lo q le hace diferente

PUes q esperamos 1 hora para entrar en la habitación, y llegamos sobre las 12.45, otra cosa, es q el horario del restaurante está enfocado a los extranjeros, vamos q español cena antes de las 9.30.eso rompe cualquier esquema de relax

Las vistas, aunque te cobran 1€ si estás alojado en el hotel para subir al mirador.

Que a clientes hospedados les cobren 1€ por subir al mirador. Que nos cobraran la bebida en la cena. Nosotros nos enteramos allí. No es por el dinero, sino por el hecho. Es como si en el desayuno te hicieran pagarte el café. Que me encontrara un clinex usado bajo la cama.

Чудесный отель,прекрасные виды. Завтрак достаточно разнообразен. Останавливались в сьюте на 39 этаже, номер замечательно декорирован, чисто.

Зона ресепшн и лобби производит впечатление вокзала, но для нас это не было существенным фактом, просто впечатление.

las habitaciones muy pobres balcon diminuto muchisimo tiempo de espera en los ascensores y el desayuno criminal muy malo

La comida resulta bastante floja por no decir mal para la categoria del hotel, y el cobrar un euro a los clientes del hotel por subir al mirador lamentable.

Las vistas desde mi planta 30.

Hemos estado en varias ocasiones, pero esta ha sido la mejor estuvimos en la planta 30 y las vistas eran maravillosas.Un saludo

El bufet es un poquito flojo, pero bueno.
