The modern AC Hotel La Rioja by Marriott is set near the River Ebro, in Logroño. It has a free indoor swimming pool, Turkish baths and sauna, and free Wi-Fi in the lounge. Rooms in the AC Hotel La Rioja by Marriott all have free minibars, air conditioning and satellite TV. They also have a work desk and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. The 24-hour AC Lounge offers newspapers, plasma-screen TV, computers and printers. There is also a free fitness center. The restaurant offers a range of traditional Rioja dishes, as well as a great selection of wines. The hotel’s coffee shop open daily until midnight. AC La Rioja is a 15 minute walk from the middle of Logroño, one mile from the train station. La Rioja University is just 1700 ft away. We chose the hotel as we required secure parking for our 2 night December stay. The accommodation was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The hotel was a pleasant 10 minute walk into the (very pretty) town centre where there were lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was expensive (€13 per head) so we made alternative arrangements.

I was surprised to find that on a Sunday the restaurant and room service do not function. There are no other restaurants close by and we had to resort to bar snacks. This spoilt our visit

The modern features and group well know to us for quality and stylish appointment. The blurb on the hotel said a free complimentary mini bar and innotive bar and light snacks went meant to be provided. It was when we arrived then dissappeared for the rest of out stay. We asked Reception and they did not comment. Misleading!!

Hotel was clean, modern and cool. It was very comfortable, with large beds, free (non-alcoholic) mini-bar in room and bar downstairs. The staff were generally helpful, bar one incident (see below). Though it lacks a business centre, the staff were helpful in printing out and faxing documents for us. It was great to have a fitness centre in the hotel, though it was pretty small. The biggest issue was that the hotel offered us parking in their underground parking, and mentioned nothing about a cost. Upon leaving they tried to charge us €15 for it. I argued about it until they let it go, but it should be standard to mention any charges ahead of time. Also, the fitness centre in pool are miniscule. The pool is almost an afterthought in the basement, and the 'fitness centre' consists of one multi-fitness machine, a treadmill and a stationary bike, plus some small dumbells. The hotel lacks a business centre, and though there is free WiFi in the lobby, they charge for it in the room. There are some design flaws in the hotel (eg bathroom door bangs into sink) and the fixings aren't to the highest standard (phone glued to table accidentally detached).

We stayed there simply to break a journet travelling South through Spain. We arrived late in the evening and departed early the next morning however, our experience was good. My wife needs disabled facilities and these were good.

The usual AC quality was here. The hotel was nice, all facilities excellent. It's very quiet in the neighborhood, and parking was a breeze. Location--it's a little far from Logroño old town,.

12 € for wi-fi (even if they said that it works in the lobby and it does not. 14 € for Parking, 12 € Breakfast, +/- 40 € for bar and snack. Even if it looks reasonable price at the end it cost too much. Aparto of that, I don't understand why if the hotel was not fully book they gave me the worst room with a light flashing in the window all night.

La tranquilidad del hotel, el poder disfrutar de la sauna y de la piscina sin agobios y las modernas instalaciones. Deberían ser más realistas al poner precio al desayuno. No contraté el desayuno porque me pareció caro, por mucho que ofrezca. Sé que es una política habitual de los hoteles últimamente: no incluir el desayuno en el precio de la habitación y cobrarlo aparte a precios excesivos porque ofrecen un desayuno que es casi una comida. Por principio nunca contrato un desayuno que sobrepase los cinco euros porque considero que para un café de máquina y una tostada dulce o salada, ya está bien. Además, al lado del hotel hay por lo menos tres cafeterías que ofrecen por menos de cinco euros suculentos desayunos. Yo que el hotel me lo pensaría.

Habitaciones limpias y enormes. Aseos grandes y adaptados a minusválidos ( el único en el que he visto esto). Cerca del centro y cerca de bares(20 minutos del centro andando). Muy tranquilo. Minibar gratuito!!!!. Personal muy atento y amable. Recomiendo al 100%. Si vuelvo, que lo haré, este será mi hotel de nuevo sin dudarlo. Recomiendo la Rioja!!!. Buena gente, bonitos paisajes, buen comer y buen beber. La moqueta de los pasillos que estaba un poco levantada.... Pero es por encontrarle algún defecto más que nada.

Me gustó especialmente que el acceso a la piscina y la sauna fueran gratuitos, así como las bebidas del mini bar. Me horroriza ver que en hoteles de determinado nivel te cobran por cualquier minucia. El personal, muy atento. Mucha zona de aparcamiento alrededor.. No es estrictamente un defecto. Simplemente, no está en pleno centro. Pero eso es algo que yo prefiero.

La ubicación, a unos 15 minutos andando desde el hotel al centro. El minibar y ponen merienda por la tarde todo gratis. El servicio de spa (gim, baño turco, sauna y piscina climatizada) gratis. La habitación es super grande y bonita, el baño enorme y con un teléfono en el baño por si te pilla haciendo popó..... Jejeje La recepcionista era un poco sosa.

El hotel está relativamentre cerca del centro (andando) pero la zona es muy tranquila. Está bien equipado y limpio. La carta del restaurante es un poco limitada (especialmente si cenas allí todos los días, como era nuestro caso). Los complementos del cuarto de baño son algo escasos y su mecanismo de reposición insuficiente.

Las instalaciones son perfectas: cama grande y confortable, baño nuevo, bonito y grande (con dos senos). Cerca del centro, a 15 minutos a pie de la Calle Laurel. Aparcamiento gratuito en la calle (además del cubierto de pago)

1) Minibar gratuito aunque limitado (solo refrescos) 2) Prensa en recepción (de todo tipo y por triplicado) 3) Habitaciones amplísimas, baño excelente 1) Desayuno caro, hay al menos un par de sitios al lado en los que por 4 euros te pones turco 2) Ubicación, no está lejísimos pero no es céntrico 3) Piscina cubierta---yo le llamaría bañera cubierta

El confort de la habitación .la situación es buena por tranquilidad y para visitas por la zona . La limpieza del baño podria mejorarse .deberia ser accesible internet desde la habitación gratuitamente .la piscina es inmejorable para una persona .
