Very good room, very clean

Ok location but not great.

The design of lobby, the room lay out, size, colour scheme, internet facility, location, easy to access the city.

The food variety, limited serving time. Services of staff can improve. In room faciltiy like, coffee maker, etc., would be an added attraction.

Hotel was clean, modern and cool. It was very comfortable, with large beds, free (non-alcoholic) mini-bar in room and bar downstairs. The staff were generally helpful, bar one incident (see below). Though it lacks a business centre, the staff were helpful in printing out and faxing documents for us. It was great to have a fitness centre in the hotel, though it was pretty small.

The biggest issue was that the hotel offered us parking in their underground parking, and mentioned nothing about a cost. Upon leaving they tried to charge us €15 for it. I argued about it until they let it go, but it should be standard to mention any charges ahead of time. Also, the fitness centre in pool are miniscule. The pool is almost an afterthought in the basement, and the 'fitness centre' consists of one multi-fitness machine, a treadmill and a stationary bike, plus some small dumbells. The hotel lacks a business centre, and though there is free WiFi in the lobby, they charge for it in the room. There are some design flaws in the hotel (eg bathroom door bangs into sink) and the fixings aren't to the highest standard (phone glued to table accidentally detached).

Very comfortable hotel and well appointed, easy walking distance into city of Logrono.

Fuimos a Logroño a un boda y la verdad es que paramos poco en el hotel donde nos pareció todo correcto

Habitación muy amplia. Cama enorme. Baño de lujo. Bien situado para conocer Logroño y la Rioja. Andando, a 15´ del centro. Aunque pone Wi-fi de pago en la habitación, estando en la 4ª planta teníamos wi-fi. Eso sí, algo lento.

La piscina no es climatizada. El recinto sí, pero el agua estaba fría. La insonorización de la habitación es mala. Sobre todo si te dan una que dé a la avenida principal.

En general el hotel está muy bien. La atención del personal ha sido correcta, habitaciones y baño grandes (hay secador de baño tipo peluquería), tv de plasma, buena limpieza, cerca del hotel se puede aparcar bien.

El gimnasio y piscina un poco pequeños pero si se va a una hora donde no hay niños muy bien (hay toallas, en el gimnasio puedes poner música, agua etc.) muy familiar pequeño pero muy bien

Instalaciones nuevas. Ubicado a 10 minutos a pie del centro. Habitación amplia, baño amplio. Kits completos de baño. Gimnasio con una pequeña piscina, baño turco y sauna, ideal para la relajarse después de pasear por la ciudad. Mini bar gratis, es una tontería pero no dejar de ser un detalle, deberían de tomar ejemplo otras cadenas hoteleras. Y un detalle: una revista para los tiempos muertos

Un poco de ruido puesto que esta al lado de una avenida con bastante tráfico, pero nada isoportable.

La relación precio habitación / parking, es demesudarada.

Hotel reciente con unas excelentes habitaciones, con mucho gusto y estilo. Situado en una zona tranquila pero sin estar lejos del centro. Minibar, gym y la piscina incluido en el precio. Nos ha gustado mucho. Merece la pena.
