Were not told that there would be no restaurant faciilties available on the Friday night until we went down to eat and found the restaurant closed.

The Location is very good, shops and restaurants are walking distance.

After the maid had been in to clean the room, the enter card stopped working and had to be reprogrammed. Causing inconvenience to my self.

The hotel was ideally located: close to the client, commercial centers, subway station and many restaurants. All services were okay (but one, see next box)

Wifi service is catastrophic during the entire week. This basically prevents me from recommending this hotel for any business related trip during which one would need to stay connected without bearing enormous roaming charges.

The staff were helpful.

I stayed at this hotel last year and it has got much worse. The price does not reflect value. The shower did not work, there was a hairline crack in the washbasin. the beds are really, really hard. Dinner was hit and miss. the asparagus starter was fine but the fish was terrible!!!! it was dry and tasteless! The meals are over-priced. the waitress was great... but it was clear having to manage the dining room plus room service was tough... the hotel ought to have 3 -4 members of staff doing this. I will avoid staying at this hotel again despite its good location and try Rafello hotel next time.

Very nice rooms with modern decor and great bathrooms. Very quiet at night, great for a restful sleep. Close to the airport.

Location - it took us about 1 hour to get to Madrid city center by metro. It's not very good if you come to Madrid for a city holiday.

Taking into account the purpose of our stay in Madrid we like the location and the breakfast. Hotel is close to the Metro station.

The room was quite small for three beds but we were not spent a lot of time in room so this was not so much bothering.

The price was very reasonable. It was close to the motor way. The room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff very helpful. We were travelling to Malaga and pre booked the hotel on the way out and decided to stay again on the return journey as we were so pleased with it.

Conveniently located for our purpose, for business trips to north of Madrid, but not one I would recomend as a base if you are planning s leisure visit to Madrid. It takes a long 45 min to an hour to get to the city centre, even if you have a tube station about five min away from the hotel.

Nothing against; it was what we were looking for given the aim of our visit, which was not leisure.

Free underground parking.

Metro station is just 400 meters away but it is MetroNorte line and costs additional 1.50 euro per trip.

Good situation not far from the airport, convenient for business trips if you don't have to go to the city center. Large, well furnished rooms with nice bathrooms. Professional and friendly service. Great breakfast.

The staff are very good.reception,do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable.housekeeping,keep the rooms immaculate and supplied extra pillows when requested. Late night drinks were easy to obtain,by late night I really mean early hours! This is the 3rd time we`ve used this hotel and it will not be the last.

A bit picky when you are in spain,but,i would have liked bbc24 or sky news or eurosport.

Excellent value for money, met my expectations.

Not that it was particularly bad, but the entire hotel was at an unusually high temperature, even in the rooms. We slept with the window open (during a cold April shower) and were still hot. The gym was sparse and did not have a fan or air conditioning, and the sauna was not working. The hotel does not offer many extra services, but it is perfect for a quick business trip or if you will not be spending much time in the hotel.

Warm, friendly and informative welcome from the young man on reception. Room was clean, very comfortable and lovely touch of chocolates and sweets on bed. My room price was inclusive of breakfast otherwise it would have been very expensive for a breakfast. Parking was free which is exceptional in a Spanish. My stay was overnight passing through driving to UK but noticed that metro and train station to Madrid were within a 2 minute walk so very handy as a city break. Overall superb value. Will be staying on my way back to Marbella in a couple of weeks time.

Nähe zum Flughafen, Nähe zum Business Center Alcobendas, einige sehr nette Lokale in ein paar Minuten Fussweg zu erreichen. Zimmer schön, hatte ein ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick auf den angrenzenden Rosenpark. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr nettes Personal

Zimmer bereits ein wenig abgewohnt und teilweise ein wenig reparaturbedürftig, aber in Ordnung. Sehr hellhörig, dünne Wände - man hört alles aus den Nebenzimmern

La situación, cerca de la carretera nacional 1. Muy fácil para moverte luego por Madrid. Parking gratuito. El personal es muy amable.

Insonorización de las habitaciones, es como que los vecinos están en tu cuarto. Falta evidente de mantenimiento en las habitaciones, televisión con algún componente que no funcionaba, baldosas y azulejos rotos y ducha en mal estado
