Excellent 5* service including a glass of champaign at check-in, very good breakfast, 24x7 room service (i asked for some ice - they delivered a complete champaign set including 2 champaign glasses and a bucket of ice).

The main issue is you need to walk to get to Palma center (25-35 min).

The hotel was luxurious and although it was situated some distance from the town centre the location was good and the views overlooking the bay, marina and cathedral were excellent.

Although the views from the balcony were stunning, it was east facing so if you were hoping to be able to catch the last rays of the sunset that would not be possible. Also, the balcony had no awning so, in the morning, it was very hot out there.

Love the decor. The area near the restaurant, sofa area and bar excellent and very comfortable. Outside seating excellent. Restaurant very good, quite expensive, maybe it would be busier if prices came down a little.

Didn't use the indoor pool, would have liked to have gone down in a robe but the location of it makes it a little public to be walking through the foyer in a robe.

I liked the location & I thought it was a great hotel for the price. We enjoyed the indoor pool & the gym.The gym was small but it had the equipment that I like. We met our 10 year old grandson in Palma and he liked the hotel as well.

Internet said the hotel had free parking but that wasn't the case. The hotel is old and this was noticable in the curtains.

I was biten by a mosqueto during the night, killed it next morning in the bathroom. No flannel in the bathroom.

The spa facilities are now really outdated, even dirty. Told them several times. And renovation is now really needed. It is a real 5 star hotel but the spa facilities are downgrading the hotel.

Limited choice of TV/Film channels in English No Tea/Coffee making facilities in room - I had to pay 4.50 Euros for some teabags and loan of a Kettle! For some reason it is not possible to have milk. Come on, this is supposed to be a 5* hotel! Late checkout request to 2.00pm not met by Front Desk staff despite being members of the MAS Club and the hotel looking to be only 20% full. When staying in a hotel the real test of committment to customer service is how you are treated the day you leave - hotel management have some work to do in this area.

Spacious and grand hotel with excellent facitities and services. A luxurious hotel well worth the extra money. We had a sea view room which is a must if you stay here.

Nothing to dislike. Staff are very attentive to your needs.

The stuffs were kind, and they prepared unusually beautiful presents for visitors. It was nice surprise for me.

I don't know the cause but the air of the bath room was not fresh.

The hotel should be complimented on it's staff, every single member of staff that I spoke to was extremely helpfull and efficient, very professional with a respectfully friendliness. The rooms were well furnished and the view from our balcony was spectacular. Great pool , fantastic breakfast and great outdoor dining terrace. Perfect location, peacefully walk along the harbour to town and the Catherdral and 10 minutes walk from Bellver Castle. Can't wait to go back.

Clean smart and a good location

Drinks at the bar were far too expensive which meant this area was like a morgue in the evenings. Far easier to walk outside 50m and buy a drink for one third of the price.

This was my second time in Gran Melia Victora hotel in Palma in just a few months. I love this place and hotel with it's always friendly and helpful staff, beautiful view overlooking the harbor and nice spacy rooms with comfertable beds. It is also close to the center of Palma. This time I was upgraded to a suite and enjoyed my stay even more. I highly recommend this hotel for both pleasure and business. Elisabeth with friends

we liked everythink about the hotel could not fault it we got upgraded on arrival to a balcony room faceing the pool complimentry...and as we wasent flying untill 10pm the day we checked out they gave us a room free of charge for an hour to have a shower....i would definatly stay here again everythink 5*

Fabulous sun loungers and Clarins products in bathrooms.

The efficiency and courtesy of the staff was the best I have ever experienced.The views from my sea/cathredral positioned room were. exccellent.Food fisrt class.

One thing which could be improved was the amount of wardrobe space.As I paid over 2,000€ for a one week stay I expected more clothing space and more clothing hangers.
