Comfortable clean room. Very close metro. Quite central.

Got a little noisy in the evening. Noisy guests kept me awake one evening.

very noisy - all night and all day . wooden floors so impossible to avoid noise. room doors kept banging shut- electroninc cards didn't work - so people outside doors trying to get in. room opened into a lift shaft - so noise of lifts up and down all night - no fresh air . Staff could not move me to another room...and I paid twice as much as my friends who has a bigger room WITH WINDOWS AND AIR!

Location was good as it was only slightly away from Los Ramblas but quiet.

The hotel was good but our room wasn't very child friendly as our room had no outside window. The window was on the inside with a view of the lift, so it was too hot even in march.

- excellent location, close to city centre - price/quality - ok - the possibility to leave your bags there, even if you check out in the morning

- the economy room, too small - during March, it's cold in the room - the breakfast should be included in the price, for a good deal

Poor insulations in the room is very noisy, elevator is slow. 2. it was a single room with double bed, instead of double room, window was facing inner side of the hotel and there was debris all over, 3. Tv has only one english channel (cnn news). 4. Whole body ached in the morning after sleeping in this bed, is very uncomfortable. Will not recommend, if you want to relax at the hotel

The hotel was just what we needed to a short stay in the city. The staff was nice.

The location is close to the center but the street itself is not very friendly.

The elevator took really long, and I didn't know where the thermostat was in the room.

Poor maintainance, old bed and we had requested a crib for our baby, which never came during the 4 nights we've spent there. We felt that this wasn't a good value for money.

Close to the city district we were looking for; very quiet and peaceful with very good service. I think that it is one of the best price/quality ratio.

The Gran Ronda is basic but perfect if you are planning on spending most of the time sightseeing. It's clean, has a nice breakfast, it's a fair price and in an excellent location. Also a brilliant air conditioner and a free safe in the room. Noise from the street can't be heard from the room although it is on a main street.

The Gran Ronda offers breakfast only, which was I was happy with but others might not be. Also it doesn't really have a bar or anywhere downstairs to relax so you need to go out of the hotel for that. It can be a noisy within the hotel as the hotel is entirely open from the lobby to the ceiling and you can hear people downstairs coming in at night.
