The location in very nice. Nice forest and great little roads to get there.
Nothing to comment.
What a find on the edge of the city. The cafe was open when we arrived late so great to get hot food on arrival. Great facilities and great views too.
An hostel with all you could need, clean and comfortable. Perfect for the young people (better in group) that can find it a good place to spend a good time in San Sebastián. Surrounded from the nature, is a good base from walk and bicycle.
It's far to the center of San Sebastián. During the day is nice and not so difficult to reach the city, 10min walk and then 15min bus (each 30min). In the night it's more inconvenient, but the buses are however present.
Hostel was great value for money. It was like staying in a fancy hotel. Free parking. All staff spoke perfect English. Eco friendly hostel. A perfect getaway.
A bit far from the city centre but that's ok with a car as parking in the centre can be costly.
it is in middle of a park. very green and very clean for a hostel.
Location. It is very difficult to find the place. there is no show signs from the main roads.
Really clean. Rooms well laid-out with balcony. Quiet location without disturbances.
the location the environement
Great staff - very helpful with local knowledge/ dinning suggestions/ transport etc. and with a smile! :) facilities are great for the money and very clean.
Only downside is it's a bit out the centre but it's still easily accessible with 3 bus routes and a train only a short walk away.
the location, after the dificulty of finding it for the first time.
It could be more clean.
+ staff + terrace + rooms
- kitchen equipment - location (too far from the city) - signposting
Clean air Nice and clean Professional
Small shower but clean Quite far from the city center/beach but it makes you stay out all day which is a good thing...
friendly near bus route
hostel is nice with all facilitese
less utensils in kitchens
Green forest surrounding the hostel. Free parking
You have to pay for towels., Pillows were not clean ( had bad odor). Basic small room . No air conditioning. Perhaps is a good choice for backpackers, but not for a family. We paid for a 4 people room, much more that what we had paid for better rooms in hotels in Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid. Price is not proportional to what's given.
Excellent hostel, well run and friendly staff
A bit isolated and too far from the city. Without a car it would have been difficult (but not impossible) to get into San Sebastian
Its clean, bright, it the middle of forest and has sooo nice garden and banches outside of the building
It's in the city park, just in the middle of that, so its really far from citycenter and the beach. A bit expencive for me, but it was a high season
Excellent facilities, great rooms, bathrooms and common areas. Wi-Fi Is also strong and fast everywhere.
Too far from the city center, with not many choices of transportation.
Clean room Outside space for picknick and playing Nice staff
breakfast was only possible after 9.30am Noice in night from other guests
Modern, clean, green setting.
It was clean and in the nature
Very far from the center and expensive
Nice rooms and bathrooms, good kitchen and cheap laundry facilities.
The location is difficult. If you catch bus number 33 from the city centre, on a street called Avenida it takes you right to the park where the hostel is located. The buses can be difficult at night and if you don't speak Spanish/basque the pronounciation of the park name is hard!
Had what it had to have.
Common area a bit sad, dull.
Modern, new, clean.
20 minutes from the city centre by car, very small and steep roads.
Scenic location. Clean with lovely balcony forest outlook. Kitchen facilities on top floor with outdoor patio.
Ridiculously small shower cubicle 2ft by 2ft (for those metric persons 600mm by 600mm) with ridiculously large bathroom sink. Very difficult to locate by vehicle - even with sat nav. No wardrobes or TV in rooms only small lockers.
.I have travelled around Europe and the hostel is the best that I found -The locals know the place as the one with the best views of San Sebastian-Donostia. -It is good to stay if you have a car because city center parking is expensive.
-To get public transport to the centre you have to walk 20mins.There is the bus 31 but it is not regular. -I was advised by a local to catch the bus 9 or 29 because it is more regular. -I catched the underground and in 10mins you are city centre. -May be a shuttle would be good idea.
