設備もよく室内も清潔、広くて快適に過ごせる。プラド美術館の向かい。交通機関のちょうど間になるので、どこへ行くにも散歩をする必要はある。タクシーはホテルを出てすぐ左のPaseo del Prado通りへ出ればすぐにつかまる。 特になし |

美術館に近く、また、アトーチャ駅に徒歩で行けるため、南の都市に行くには便利である。しかし、部屋のライトが暗すぎる。 スタッフがフレンドリーでない。 |

I used to be a regular customer due to its location, friendly staff, and nicely decorated rooms. While standing there, the "Bell Captain" did not offer any help to offload our luggage from taxi or carry it to our room. Receptionist kept replying in Spanish when she talked to in English. There was no bath towel, and when asked, never delivered. Room was noisy, and poorly decorated. It used to be as good as a 5-star a year ago, and it's barely a 3-star now. |
