Adequate rooms, good price and nice breakfast buffet. Free wi-fi is also a nice touch. May be a bit noisy depending on room and neighbours.

We were treated very well by the staff and stayed in an outstanding room. The hotel is very well located with many restaurants and stores nearby. Just a short, interesting walk to Sol, Plaza Major and old Madrid.

We visited Madrid for a combined city break and also to watch Real Madrid vs Real Sociedad and were not dissapointed it ticked all our boxes, its a bright clean modern hotel close to all amenities and on the doorstep for bars/tapas/restaurants, we used the Red City Tour which enabled us to get the best out our break. We found everyone to be pleasant and helpful - ask for a city map from the hotel which will help until you find your bearings. All in all we would definately use this hotel again!!

Convenient location (if you don't have a car). Extremely overpriced, definitely not a 4* hotel, more like a hostel including the attitude (i.e. the signs "it is not permitted to take food out of the breakfast room" as if we were in a catholic boarding house). Smoking is not allowed though it advertises itself as offering smoking rooms and that was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Outdated and rather depressive, claims it's a "thematic" hotel which is a joke: each floor is named after an area of Spain and every room has the name of a city -that's all. Our room had no decoration whatsoever, not even a photograph on the yellowish old walls, so they might as well call it "Parthenon" or "Reina Sofia" or the "Great Wall"... Overall: ridiculous and very expensive, nothing to do with the photos on booking.com website. Shame for the "All Seasons" chain; having stayed in their Berlin Mitte hotel we believed they were of high standards.

We enjoyed our stay at the All Seasons. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and is available till 11.30am, a definite plus. The location is superb with great bars and restaurants nearby. Based on our stay I can fully recommend this hotel. The road could be a little noisy first thing in the morning but as i always travel with ear plugs it wasn't an issue for me, but could be for some.

Hotel location was great. Very close to main attractions. I would stay again there. Rooms were clean and tidy though not big. Breakfast was very good. Hotel was under renovation so some of the services got affected. Some rooms have been renovated but others are still old style.

The location in the centre of city opposite the Mercado San Miguel was terrific. Two metro stops five minutes walk away-Sol and Opera.Main sights and restaurants walking distance. The lap top in the room was already set up and we used it a lot.We did not take breakfast but that suited us fine- plenty of options in the market and squares just accross the street. The matresses kept slipping off the bed- but it was only a minor problem. The mini bar was not cool enough and no ice was available.Staff kindly offered us use of kitchen fridge.

Our main reasons for selecting the hotel were price & location. It didn't disappoint. Really easy to get to from the metro station (Anton Martin). Ideally located for Plaza de Santa Ana with plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants to choose from. Only a 10-12 minute walk to Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol or El Prado Museum. Rooms were clean and quite spacious. Bed really comfortable & a nice sized shower. There was a wide choice of cereals, fruit, pastries, hams, cheese, etc for breakfast & the staff kept everything replenished. Would definately choose this hotel again. Breakfast room is a little on the small side so you could have a wait for a table if everyone arrives at the same time!

Great location -- within walking distance of the museums, city centre and major tourist attractions. There's not much sound-proofing of rooms. We could hear other guests in other rooms and street noise.

We arrived earlier than check in but it was not a problem they let us have the room as it was ready. We asked for a quiet room which we got. The Hotel was in a very central position, within walking distance of most of Madrids attractions. Breakfast was plentifull with better than average choice. In all we cannot find any faults for the price and would certainly use it again. If you want to stay central to the city then you must expect a bit of outside noise, more so as the weekend gets closer

Location is outstanding. Staff very friendly and helpful, fluent in English.Very nice breakfast buffet with fruit, cheese ham, cereals, bakery items... Great value for money. We were travelling one couple plus one single, all 60+. The single person got an upgrade to a double room, without us having asked for it. Highly recommended.

The front desk staff was helpful. Good variety for breakfast. Internet was very fast and available inside our room. The hotel is pretty and boasts of hardwood floors, however they are very noisy and not padded well. The hotel isn't very insulated well either. We heard every noise and conversations in the rooms around us as if they were inside our room. We were grateful that the room had an extra door but it didn't really block out much of the hallway noises. The room was also listed as a double, however it was two twin beds pushed together but made up as twin beds.

I liked the buffet breakfast and the location. It was good value for money. We reserved a superior room with a double bed and found the bed to be quite small. Also there was no wi-fi access in our room which was on the top floor. We had to go on the ground floor to get access.

The room was very small, with the single window giving on to the internal fire escape. The room smelt heavily of cigarette smoke that clung to my clothes. Itwould have been nice to have tea/coffee making equipment..
