Calme,confort,service,situation géographique sont bien au rendez- vous.Vue imprenable, propreté irréprochable.

Enorme paquebot échoué sur les hauteurs de Can Picafort.Très peu de charme,impersonnel ,déco désuette. Le personnel est trés distant,peu aimable. Je n'ai pas aprécié qu'on me fasse payer d'avance dès mon arrivée.

L'hôtel est vraiment très propre, l'accueil est chaleureux, les repas sont bons et variés et rien n'est laissé au hasard (aliments sans lactose et sans gluten). Le spa, la piscine et tous les espaces communs sont bien entretenus.

Very friendly helpful staff, excellent gym and gym classes including spinning class. Spa was fantastic and the children could use it in the morning. We had half board and the food was very good with a good and varied selection everyday. Lovely relaxing hotel with plenty of activites to do. We hired bikes across the road and cycled to Alcudia.

It's a huge hotel with what seems like hundreds of people lining up for food at meal times, bit of a cattle feel about it. Outside of the hotel wasn't too interesting being on a main road although handy for buses to Palma and the beach is only 3 minute walk.

I thought it was good value for money with good food.

A situation concerning mis posting of bills was handled very poorly by the management.

Beautiful grounds with lovely swimming pools, plenty of sunbeds. Pleasant airy dining rooms, good choice. Open air Bistro for lunches and drinks at reasonable prices. Safe and fridge in room.

First allocated a room with absolutely no view - looked out onto a concrete wall! Had to go to reception desk twice to complain and get offered another room.

Above all it is a great place to stay with young children. There are nice swimming pools, lots of green space around, many activities... wonderful bar on the top floor. Food choice is great! Everything run well even though the hotel was fully booked.

As the hotel was fully booked, the 4 lifts were obviously not enough. Sometimes we had to wait longer than 10minutes as we were there with a baby, but lots of you families were staying there too. Some staff were great but few has not been too friendly. We could not participate to many of the activities going on there as they were exclusively announced in german only, rarely in english. Spa accès was only in the afternoon hours when was nice to go to the beach so we could not use it as much as we wanted. Towels could be exchanged only 3 times per week.

Everything else! If you are not a german family with children, you probably will not enjoy this hotel. 99.9% of hotel guests - german families with children of different ages. All services for them, the staff prefers the german language, children's animation for german, a couple of words in English and 100 German. Very unfriendly staff! Cleaning woman comes in the room at 9:30 in the morning, knock and immediately opens the door, silent, without permission, and she do not care what you are there engaged in his room! The beach 600 meters away, it is very dirty and crowded. Mini disco and evening shows are not on the outside, but inside, it is very stuffy. The show the boring. In the restaurant a lot of dirty dishes. When we realized that staying at the hotel spoil our holiday and appealed to the reception with a request to change the check in date, we have been denied, because we paid for the week ahead. Our stay at this hotel - big mistake.

Good food in the morning and in the evening. Good seaview form our room. But the hotel is big! Many blocks where you cannot get the right room with good view from the balcon.

Most of guests are from Germany. That is why staff speaks german well but not good English and that caused many problems. For instance one guy from the hotel staff (his name Jordie) gave us key two times from the room where people already stayed and it got them up during night even when the hotel guy opened the door of the room. Also the staff doesn't know when we had to be at Balearia shipping company when we bought tickets to Ibiza. The staff at the reception said that 15 min. Are enough to be at the port to get into the ferry. But in fact we had to be 60 min before departure. When we came at the port 15 min before departure, we were said that we missed the ferry, lost tickets (220 euro), etc. It was not professional from the side of the hotel staff. Most of entertainment programmes are in the German language! I hate Germans as my grandfather fought against fascist during Great Patriotic war (the Second World War). Spanish people are not friendly, no eye-contact at all everywhere, no service in Spain, in Russia the service is much more better at least in St.Petersburg. В отеле как и вокруг на пляже - одни фашисты. Испанцам везде пофигу на туристов, лишь содрать бабло за меньшие затраты. В отеле работают фашистофилы.

Gran vista was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff seemed happy and proud in their work. The pools were fantastic for both adults and children. There was a good selection of well prepared food catering for many tastes. The location was brilliant. A short stroll to the beach and a wide variety of shops, cafes and bars. Will be taking my little there next year.

The lifts were a little slow and the air con could have been cooler. Minor points and didn't spoil the holiday.

The hotel has a wonderful swimming pool complex and many recreational activities. The staff is always doing their best to help you. The food at the restaurant is also diverse and good quality. The beach, that is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, is okay, but I'd recommend you to look for a hotel in Playa de Muro. The beach in Can Picafort is a little dirty (marine algae). Restaurants nearby the hotel a not good, so it is worth buying a half pension package with the hotel.

You are at the hotel on holiday, trying to relax, but it seems the hotel wants to define the time and how you should do everything. For example, the bar at the swimming pool closes at 5pm (even if the sunset happens at 9pm). Also, you are supposed to go for dinner wearing pants... It's a beach resort, why should we wear pants? Also, I was unhappy with my room. It was smelly (bad smell coming from air conditioning, disgusting!!!), the wardrobe door was loosen... I requested maintenance, that happens in 24 hours, but the next day the problems were there again. The wardrobe door fell almost over my son. In the last day, the cold water supply in the pipes was dirty... I couldn't even brush my teeth with it. At last, the hotel has a great focus on German-speaking guests.. Activities are mostly in German.

Excellent hotel for a family trip to Mallorca. I was with my wife and two children, so we stayed in an apartment suite. It was big enough, two rooms and a mini-kitchen + a terrace + a small balcony. The room was very clean, well-kept / room service.

The only thing I can think of is that the beach is at some 10-15 min walk distance. It's not a problem if you'd like to stroll through shops/restaurants; or, if you like sun-bathing near a pool. There are three swimming pools in the hotel.

Friendliness of staff especially Lizzie the waitress in the dining room who was extremely kind to our 7 year old granddaughter.All the staff were very helpful & this made our holiday very enjoyable.The only problem we found was our 7 year old was unable to join in the children's activities because everything was announced in German & she felt intimidated as she didn't understand but she had a good time in the excellent swimming pools.

En general todo.

La habitación estuvo sometida al ruido de una bomba que se colaba por el aire acondicionado durante toda la noche y dificultaba dormir.

Super freundliches Personal, guter Service. Hotel ist schon älter, aber in gepflegtem Zustand. Reichhaltiges Essen mit großer Auswahl.

Die finnische Sauna ist deutlich zu klein, für die Kapazität des Hotels. Durch eine etwas bessere Gestaltung der Sitzbänke in der finnischen Sauna könnte man ohne großen Aufwand die Sitzplatzkapazität deutlich erhöhen. Speziell die vielen Radfahrer nutzen die Sauna intensiv.

El exterior del hotel

Que no me informaran de que no habia cama de matrimonio en todo el hotel, cuando lo solicite. Que se permita ir desnudo en el spa, en todo el spa matizo. Que no se especifique que en media pensión no incluye las bebidas. El horario de la cena.

Mi estancia fué en el fin de semana más frío del año. El hotel está preparado tanto para el verano como para el invierno. Spa gratuito muy completo. Buen bufet en desayuno y cena. Buena relación precio-calidad.

Todo correcto. Por poner algo, deberian incluir la caja fuerte y la conexion a Internet en el precio de la habitación. Ahora son extras.

El spa y (los masajes),las piscinas exteriores que tiene y el desayuno.

El agua caliente de la ducha de la habitacion,(es semi caliente,por no decir casi fria)las camas individuales si te mueves un poco mas de la cuenta,hacen mucho ruido.

El trato del personal del hotel, el hotel en sí es muy comodo y bien organizado.

Las camas son individuales no tienen camas de matrimonio. El spa esta abierto a medio gas solo funciona 3 horas al día. el bufet mediocre.

la Spa e la colazione con una scelta molto varia di cibi.

è un hotellone per coppie anziane e famiglie con bambini che amano passare un'intera settimana all'interno di queste strutture non mossi da curiosità per quel che succede fuori.

Prácticamente todo, hay que tener claro que es un hotel pensado para turismo alemán e inglés y que casi todo se hace en esos idiomas pero tampoco eso es un problema.

Lo mejor del hotel es la zona de piscinas descubiertas, un 10. El personal muy amable y atento y el buffet del desayuno muy bueno y super variado.

No es un hotel para españoles. El horario de la cena es de 18:30 a 21:00, a las 21:15 ya te dicen que vayas a por el postre porque recogen todo... La animación en inglés, todos los clientes ingleses y alemanes y absolutamente todo está pensado para ellos.

Hotel di grandi dimensioni. L'hotel ha camere spaziose e pulite. Ha due piscine grandi. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Posizione comoda per visitare l'isola. La possibilità di utilizzare gratuitamente il centro benessere è molto piacevole.

La clientela è quasi tutta di tedeschi.
