This lively holiday complex is designed for families and is located just 200 metres from southern Minorca’s Cala Canutells beach. The Grupotel Mar de Menorca enjoys a privileged location 10 km outside of the island’s capital of Mahon. Relax in the Mediterranean sunshine in the hotel’s outdoor swimming pool, which is surrounded by gardens and sun loungers. Apartments are set in low-rise buildings which, when combined with the peaceful atmosphere, give the impression of a small village. For the evenings, the family can dine together at the buffet restaurant before enjoying the regular entertainment. Children can play in their own pool, in the playground or with the miniclub. La animación del hotel para los niños. No me gusto la comida del buffet y el servicio de recepción es muy lenta. Y también había muchas avispas y es muy incomodo estar al rededor de ellas intentando evitar que piquen a mis hijos.

La amabilidad del personal de recepción, dispuestos a ayudarte en todo lo necesario. Era un todo incluído de verdad: la bebida, los cócteles, todo, durante todo el día. La habitación muy confortable y bien equipada. Desayuno excelente. El aire acondicionado de la habitación estaba siempre demasiado alto, a pesar de que intentamos regularlo, teníamos que apagarlo completamente porque sino nos congelábamos. Muy orientado al turismo de extranjeros, horarios de comidas, menús, la piscina la cerraban a las 19h, por lo que si volvías de excursión y te apetecía bañarte, no podías. Estaba lleno de avispas, especialmente alrededor de la piscina, ya que la gente se dejaba vasos, pero era muy molesto. Es un hotel familiar, orientado a familias extranjeras con niños, así que si lo que buscas es tranquilidad, este no es el adecuado.

Perfekt med barn. Sønnen vår er 11 år, trivdes veldig godt, bra med aktiviteter. Personalet I resepsjonen var lite engasjerte. Hadde ikke rengjøring søndag og tirsdag, men rommet vårt ble glemt på mandag. Vi sa ifra og spurte om å få nye håndklær men møtte ikke noe forståelse, ingenting skjedde. Pluss et par andre småting gjorde at vi ikke gir personalet topp score, men entertainerene var veldig hyggelige og flinke.

El hotel esta muy bien, lo mejor sin duda es el buffet, comida buena, sabrosa y muy elaborada y cada dia variedad diferente. La piscina del hotel esta muy bien y es grande y las habitaciones confortables, bien climatizadas y muy acogedoras. Nosotros volveremos sin duda. Lo q no me ha gustado es q a las doze de la noche, el complejo esta muerto. Las animaciones a las diez y media se acaban y ponen musica solo hasta las 11. Por lo demas todo bien.

totalt blir det for dårlig renhold på hotellet spesielt poolomerådet og tallerkenvask.enkelte grupper av kunder er ikke spesielt flinke til å bruke oppsatte søppel kaqsser.

Le personnel de l'établissement est vraiment gentil. Il y a des services qui sont vendu dans le paquet mais que dans la réalité n’existent pas, comme par exemple le nursery.Nous n'avons pas pu laisser notre enfant parce que le service n'avait pas de personnel, la salle était abandonné,sale et sans aire conditionné. La salle de gym n'avait que quatre machines et en plus très ancienne, et la salle n'avait pas d'aire conditionné. Le service d'intervention technique était fait pour du personnel improvisé, et quand on a eu des soucis avec la télé, personne est intervenu.Il n y a pas des info pour aller voir l’environnement,pas des bus pour pourvoir bouger sauf que pour Maho deux fois par jour.La piscine est mal entretenue, le bord piscine était toujours sale.Le restaurant se trouve dans le sous sol , en face les toilettes que sont entretenues seulement une ou deux fois par jour.la vaisselle du restaurant toujours sale.
