The internet is paid. High quality hotels should provide free internet to its guest (even more if it is a 4-5 star hotel). Internet is now a commodity that clients expect to have (as a bed, a bathroom, etc)

Convenient and nice room

Not all the staff were helpful...we wanted parking but theirs was full and we couldn't prebook it, so needed to find parking station nearby...bit hard in a busy unknown city.

There was a lobby between reception and the street with a hooker sitting on a wall, she was about 50 and size 16. she wanted 250 Euro. A hotel of this quality should have much better looking hookers.

It is unfortunate that the paintings in the room (ceiling, bathroom), are in poor condition. It is impossible to capture a French chain, or other programs without paying. The spa does not work ... And noise in the morning is déagréable. The view from the room is poor. The bar and restaurant property. The location of the hotel is perfect.

Disappointing, found it insulting to pay extra for wifi when lesser accommodations provide the service free, as a courtesy. Also, asked several desk clerks for help exchanging American dollars for euros and found their assistance of no help at all. Another service other hotels have provided graciously. We were in town for 24 hours and did not have time to drive to other locations for money exchange.

Please see above comments. Also, we were given faulty info re Guggenheim museum parking. No handicap accessible parking close to museums and did not use the complimentary tickets to either museum.

The staff were professional and helpful. Our cat was allowed to stay in the hotel with us for a small charge. It was a very comfortable and convenient hotel for an overnight stay whilst travelling. Considering it is a three star hotel the facilities are very good. The garaging of our car was extremely efficient.

Having had to change our ferry crossing booking at the last minute we were without the main address for the ferry port. It would therefore have been helpful if there had been a leaflet with directions to the ferry port available as the staff appeared at first not to know where the ferry port was but soon found out enough to enable us to get out of the city centre and find the correct route.
