The staff are lovely and very helpful despite our lack on Spanish speaking ability. They helped us book tickets to the Andalusian Horse show at the very last minute and gave us excellent directions for anywhere we wanted to drive (as well as the maps). We loved the city centre of Jerez and would recommend staying here as its quiet and peaceful at the hotel but still close enough to get into town. Also it was very short walk to the Equestrian School and we would highly recommend seeing one of the shows there. Fantastic!

There was a wonderful balcony in our room, we really enjoyed it (although not all rooms have it). Every day cleaning. By surprise, the hotel was close to Sandeman's bodega (about 10 min walking), so you can drink and not drive. The old city is in the walking distance as well. Cold but cool swimming pool. Free parking.

Central location - quality room furnishings Pool area not very welcoming to hotel guests - intimidating atmosphere made up of external guests paying for exclusive use of beach club type facilities - staring, congregating in groups, using all sunbeds and cabanas - loud music and drinking - our two teenagers retreated back to their rooms after getting stared down by this group. Guests should be made fully aware there is type of arrangement in place to warn them

I found the hotel staff snappy with few manners particularly at the bar and ordering food. The evening before we left the hotel we settled our bill in full as we were leaving early in the morning. However, on leaving the keys at reception the next morning we were asked when we would be paying the bill! I said that we have already paid the previous evening; the reply was "no you have not", there followed a lot of paper shuffling and muttering. Luckily I had the receipted bill with me which I produced. There was no apology and this made us feel very uncomfortable. WHILE IN SPAIN KEEP ALL RECEIPTS TO HAND AS RECORD KEEPING IS A BIT HIT & MISS!!!!!!!!!!!

Non functioning Jacuzi, Sauna and WIFI in the hotel rooms. Room maintainance was not very good. The receptionist was very rude when we told the things which doesn't work and the only thing they said "maybe all the things will be fixed tomorrow" which was not the case.

Evening receptionist the gentleman on the evening of the 28th september sorry don't know his name but he was super in helping us in every way regardless of how busy he was. Thank you for your great help with a smile. Great location and peaceful. The lady supervisor, the receptionists in the morning was good but the lady supervisor who ignored us and did not bother to see us as one of the receptionist told us she is going to see us after she finishes with the other visitors. The supervisor walked right passed us. The supervisor left the message with one of the receptionist to deal with us very disappointing and there's me thinking of returning for a week next year!!!. The bedroom could have had a better view but overall a great hotel.

The hotel was very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean, and relaxing. You could reach the city center in 5 minutes by car, and easy to exit in the highway (we went to cadiz & arcos de la frontera). The parking in the hotel was free. The swimming - pool was not well maintained.

Easy access to airport I did not like that there was little or no internet connection. This is very important to me and they advertised that there was internet connection but there was not!

Very good beds, smiling and helpful staff The hotel is a bit far from the city center so Those without a vehicle should need a taxi. A lot of public spaces, but not many guests suggest the hotel Is on the down sloap. Could use a paint job and refreshing the pool area, which did not work when we were there.

Decoration standards good. Room very comfortable and well equipped Despite being advertised as having a good restaurant in fact the restaurant has been closed all year. This is not explained on the website and there is a notice outside of the hotel saying that the restaurant is open Mon - Sun. There is some food available in the Coffee shop but this is limited and of only12 wines on the list 9 were not available. Staff explained that there had been a change of ownership and that large savings were being made to the detrement of the service provided

Very nice pool area with music and a good bar under lemon trees, good and modern design of the rooms In the room you can hear every noise of your neighbours; this is not usual for a 4-star-hotel.
