It was a very nice hotel, and it was located good, 15 min walk to the centrum of Granada, or you could take the bus then you was in the centrum of Granda in 5 min. Their staff was very kind and helpful.
Location, location, location
literally yards from the Alhambra. Beautiful location. Easy to stroll into Granada avoiding traffic. Hotel was quiet. Reception staff very friendly and helpful
The hotel itself was fine, we knew we would be staying out of the centre and over the road from Alhambra. One of the receptionist was a really helpful and professional a lovely girl. Any problem we had she was on to it straight away. Nice resturants nearby. Hotel kept really clean. Comfortable rooms and beds
The breakfasts were ordinary. They charged per night for the use of the safe in the room. The was not enough staff especially to cope with the arrival of large tour groups. The toilets were really loud when they flushed. Especially in the next room Our toilet decided to stop flushing. Wifi kept turning off.
Location for both the Alhambra and ease of taking the c3bus to the downtown. Hotel is good value for money.
Really liked everything.
All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The food was very good, both dinner and breakfast. The proximity to the Alhambra allowed booking of tickets on the morning of visit if needed.
No bad points.
Location, just in front of Alhambra
Very expensive parking
Great location if you want to visit the Alhambra castle. You can see the castle- the entrance it about 50 meters. The staff is typically polite- however the receptionist was speaking both english and french... extremely rare for Spain. The parking is about 15 euros- it is public, right next to the hotel. You get a valet from the hotel, you present it at the cashier and they reduce the price (which is about 18 euros/day). There is a drop off zone right outside the hotel. Then you go back from the roundabout you entered and you find a second closed gated area just next to the free-main entrance to the area. The hotel room was great- significantly spacious. It was really clean. The hotel seemed well preserved. I would suggest it!!!! The location: it is about 5 minutes walk (going down to a hill) from the main square of the old town. You may need a taxi of 5 euros to go back to the hotel- if you do not like going up on foot. The area is great, many restaurants and right next to Gran Via the main road of the city. On and around Gran Via you will find the wonderful shopping and dinning area of the city.
It is not a negative- just mention it. It is on a hill and you have to walk up the hill to go back from the main square. It is not difficult but if you are tired it can be easily solved with a taxi.
Location. Room was not a bad size but pretty basic Staff helpful Best part was we could walk over to the Alhambra . Also we took the bus into town and back. The bus ran frequently and was very cheap
Room had a funny smell last day we were there. Breakfast was just ok
Proximity to Alhamra and the parking lot and the bus station. Nice restaurant next door!
Wi-fi available only in the lobby! View from our window was blocked by a wall in the front; however didnot make a big issue as we did not spend much time in the room.
Location; restaurant in premises served decent pizza.
Room was dark and small, furniture too old-fashioned.
Good Location. Good Bus service into Granada centre. Hotel did get tickets for us to visit the Palace
Beds were extremely hard. Breakfast was diabolical. Not worth the money. Room was a little noisy early morning. Constant stream of coaches arriving.
opposite entrance to the palace and very clean
Everything was great!
Location Size of the room Service Style of hotel
Poor WiFi Hard mattress
The hotel staff helped book Alhambra tickets which meant we avoided the queues with no extra charge. Comfortable rooms. Helpful & friendly staff.
The wifi signal on the 3rd floor (where we stayed) wasn't very strong. You have to pay for the safety deposit box.
When we woke up inthe middle of the nught, eveything was pitch black, had a problem locating the light switches. A;lso. the wardrobe was ojust shewlves behind a screen. Everything was excluding Iva9even the drinks we had charf=ged to the room )
Everything was great
Close to Alhambra and city tourist bus!
Cost of parking!
nice restaurant in the hotel. The location is perfect. Use the hopon-hopoff train for a great tour of the city.
No negative remarks.
Very friendly and helpful staff. We were given a warm welcome, and the hotel had an immediate good feel. We had a quiet room with a view over the olive groves, and as the Alhambra is opposite the hotel, parts of it could be seen from our little balcony. Tip - ask the hotel to book the tickets for the Alhambra - you then just have to go and collect them from the ticket office without queueing! The room and bathroom were both very clean, the water pressure good and plenty of hot water too. As with the vast majority of hotels in Spain, breakfast is extra, but worth the money - usual range of cereals and breads, pastries, cold meats, scrambled eggs, fruit etc. Snacks are good in the bar, including very good pizza, and reasonable restaurant upstairs. Thanks particularly to Antonio [bar and restaurant] who really looked after us well. Hotel is in a great location, frequent buses down the hill to the main town or a nice walk downhill - the climb back up is steep, but buses easy to find and only 1.20 Euro. Would definitely return.
The only things were that the bed was a little too hard for my liking, and the satellite channels were not working, [though this was being fixed - the engineer had thought it was fixed the day we arrived, and was coming back]
The location was excellent next to Alhambra palace and the bus station. Although I stayed for less than 24 hours, I will certainly come back to this hotel next time. The staff was extremely helpful; they didn't mind an early check- in, and they were always ready to answer all of my questions. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom.
Parked in the cemetery Free. Went into the Alhambra in the evening, the best time and cheaper.Crossed the road in the morning to catch the first sightseeing train.4 Euros pensioner.Got off in square by the cathedral and had breakfast English 4.50.and got on next train brilliant.
Could walk to everything. Beautiful surroundings. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Spacious, well appointed rooms.
Food at dinner was disappointing
