The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was superb just near the Grand Via and a Metro station with a wide variety of good restaurants nearby

The room is very small (budget room) and in fact it was difficult to find room to open 2 suitcases at the same time in this very tight room. The bed was satisfactory but not great. I would recommend the hotel but only with warnings about the size of the room and recommendation to choose a more expensive room in the hotel.

Location is perfect.

It's impossible to sleep in this hotel, because you can hear everything, what happened in the corridor, reception and rooms next to you. That's terrible, I was always tired.

Good Value for money

My room was very clean and modern. The staff was amazing. I forgot to reset my watch and even though check out was at 11am, they woke me up at 12pm and was very friendly about it. The windows were updated and thick so I couldn't hear any noise. The showers with the jet streams was great.

Service, location.

We loved the location and the friendly staff at Hostel Gala. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our 2 day stay so much that we returned from a trip to Toledo for 2 additional days there.

The location is great, very near to underground stations and the shopping center. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nicely decorated, and clean although just slightly small for a single room.

A bit difficult to find the hotel at the first arrival. Taxi didn't know where the hotel is. Maybe a detailed map of the hotel posted on the website would help.

Location was excellent, near many attractios, restaurants and the metro. The space was very nice both in size and style it exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was very nice, certainly more than we needed. Wifi was reliable.

Bathroom door would not shut and bathroom needed thorough cleansing. Mattresses were not comfortable.

very good location... walking distance to everywhere

The staff were extremely helpful both as regards the hotel and in providing advice on things to do and getting around the city. On arrival, we were upgraded to an apartment and it was both comfortable and spotless. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel for a group of friends or for young travellers.

The double-bed room we stayed in was shamefully small, even with the European standard

Location is great close to Calle Major. Our double room ifaces a park. The problem is that there are kids skateboarding well into 1-2 am so it was very noisy. Not the fault of the hotel. It is good for budget travellers though because it is clean and in good location. But remember to bring earplugs.

The apartment we booked as spacious and clean and comfortable. People at reception were friendly, pleasant, attentive, and helpful. Location was premium, close to much of everything. It also had all the amenities we needed. Really good value for money. We will stay here again.

location is excellent service is gd staff are very helpful the apartmt is modern but condition of the kitchen is not very gd. on the whole i will recommend my friend to stay there.

kitchen can be better but still ok. tv channels are just spanish should be at least one intetnational channel.
