Hotel information

The hotel is centred round a large lagoon pool surrounded by palm trees with sun beds and raised circular sunbathing terraces. In the gardens there is an outdoor massage tent. A poolside bar for refreshments and there is a complimentary pool towel service. Kids can play at the mini-club and in the children’s pool.

The wellness area of the hotel includes a relaxation area with wooden lounge beds by the poolside and an essential oil shower (surcharges apply). Spa treatments and therapies including reiki, manicures, depilation and massage are available in the beauty salon.

The Casino Marbella is in a building adjoining the hotel and accessible directly from the lobby; guests enjoy free entry.

Food & beverage

Guests at H10 Andalucía Plaza enjoy a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning.

Restaurant Cordoba - Brightly decorated two roomed restaurant offering an extensive array of dishes for buffet style breakfasts, lunch and dinner. Terracotta tiled floors, red and grey trellis work, bright red table linen, oversized terracotta urns and green wicker furnishings. Wrought iron gates lead to a tiled terrace secluded by palm trees.

The price of dinner (buffet) is EUR 16 per person per day.

Bar Toledo - Hotel bar adjacent to the lobby set beside an indoor garden area with potted trees, climbing plants and water features. There is also an entertainment area where live shows and music takes place. Friday evenings are host to flamenco nights.

Snacks are available. Outdoor terrace seating area.

Naturalia Pool Bar - Poolside bar serving drinks and snacks.

Room information

This 5-floor hotel features 400 air conditioned rooms housed in 2 separate Andalusian buildings with wrought iron balconies. The light décor and traditionally furnished rooms have white marble floors, dark wood furnishings and pale blue fabrics.
Individual pieces of antique Spanish furniture and ornaments add an Andalusian flavour to the design. Arched double doors lead to furnished balconies.

In addition to the listed amenities the white and blue tiled bathrooms have marble floors and chrome make-up mirrors.

Area information

You can participate in a range of outdoor activities in this region, including windsurfing, sailing, scuba diving and fishing. This is also the ideal place for golf lovers, with numerous courses located nearby, such as La Quinta Golf and Atalaya Golf.

The mountain top town of Ronda is a must see and is situated 40 km from Marbella.

I liked the pool area and the brakfast was very nice the room was comfortable but needed updating other than that not recommended with children

We stayed in the older block that hasnt been refurbished and found the noice from the motorway nearby far too loud. I also do not recomend this hotel for people with children.

really nice pool, rooms were nice after changed from one with gobs of gross mold on ceiling above bed. liked casino. TWO pleasant staff who were such an anomaly may not last (and really i do not have high expectations of service/hotel staff anywhere and have never commented about it before in negative terms)

incredibly petty policies, antagonistic staff, travel ALL the time on business and leisure 25 yrs., NEVER such hostile experience (nonstop petty attitude, charges, one reviewer likened to prison guards and while i thought silly when reading, really resonated once there

I have never checked in a hotel where full payment was deducted prior to staying there. I thought my credit card was a guarantee only.

Central location, facilities and services good, pool area and kids club excelent.

Everything was very nice, if I had only one comment to make, I would say the Rooms are a 3+ star and not 4 star, as they needed a little updating. I would also recommend they provide tea and coffee facilties in the room, not the cups that heat up, as what is produced was nasty!

Loved the pool area, spotless! The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

We loved this hotel for a break on our own. But as a parent of 2 small children it is not kiddie friendly and was specify this on their site.

its location is really nice

that there was no room service after 11, and the man that worked for the mini bar came into my room while i was sleeping twice which was disturbing

It is convenient for my business needs in Puerto Banus

Checking in was very slow, and the reception seemed understaffed. I have stayed there twice before and this was not a problem. The odd number rooms have been refurbed and are much better than the even number rooms but the price is the same

I like the Swimming Pool and the Location.Breakfast is great but with a limited time 8-11 am which can not handle all the guests

The reception staff wan not friendly, I missed a flash memory from my room?!?!?! And the action was too cold after 3 times of reporting?without even feeling sorry.the hotel staff was Not friendly and they do not know about smiling. The hotel is overpriced and airconditioning was low effective with sometimes bad smell?!?!. From my experince it was the most worst 4* hotel I have ever seen.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. My room was clean. the breakfast was amazing.

Couldn't get the hang of the battery operated coffee drinks. Also water very expensive to buy
