The food was poor. I booked half board but ate no evening meals there after viewing the buffet the first night. You can`t please everybody though!

Very spacious, elegant entrance. Excellent pool area.

Very slow reception - badly managed/disorganised e.g. staff kept breaking off dealing with customers to answer phone despite immediate presence of staff in back office.
Similarly disorganised restaurant - guests left wandering cavernous dining room searching for a table - not good enough in a 4* hotel.
Individual staff were working hard but without support/guidance/management.

The hotel was really good!!!! The room was not so spacious but three swimming-pools , one of them was very warm and relaxing! The staff great and the choice of the meals a dinner was excellent!

In general all was good.

Room was small and no drawers to put clothes or anything in. On occassion the service was poor in the bars.

Hotel was convenient for all the shops and facilities of the resort. The staff were very helpful. Good entertainment at night. Very clean hotel and the rooms and public areas were kept immaculate.

Food quantity and variety was very good, however, some of the quality was not up to standard. Also the food from the hot buffet was not as hot as we would have liked. Often by the time I got the food back to the table it was onlt luje warm. Meat tended to be tough, especially the steaks and the lamb chops. Mine was raw in the middle on occasion.

En líneas generales me ha gustado todo. siempre se pueden mejorar cosas, pero para mi estubo bien

en los días que estube no observe nada que fuera de mi desagrado.
