The landscaping and general Hotel building is outstanding. Staff were friendly and helpful rooms were spotless and the waiting staff always pleasant and friendly. Reception staff very helpful and cheerful even on the hottest & busiest days!! A bit far out from shops etc and the buffet breakfast room etc was so huge it was a bit like eating at a canteen !! The choice of food was good but some of the execution was not great eg. Bacon pale and swimming in a pool of grease was not appetising, burgers at the pool snack bar were very cheap meat but the chips were good! - coffee was hot but tasted awful. |

2 min walk to La Caleta beach and Good Restaurants, Good for walking along beach prom from hotel to Los Cristanas Not enough staff at pool & indoor bars. Waited approx 10min each time for a drink |

The overall resort layout. Grounds well maintained. Excellent food selection in the main restaurant. The facilities. The location - relaxing away from the bustle of Playa des Americas, but courtesy bus if you require to go there. Entertainment not very good most nights and poorly supported by the guests. Swimming pools far too cold and usually virtually empty. The pool-side restaurant is under-staffed, the staff get too stressed and become abrupt! |

Friedly staff, shuttle to the center of Playa de las Americas, good bars, good food in the restaraunt Very bad cleanliness of room, bad animation, a lot of people in the restaraunt, your must wait for free table about 5-7 minutes. Too far from beach (about 1 км) Your cann't swimm in ocean near hotel because hotels is near rocks. |

Las hamacas de la piscina y la facilidad de encontrarlo dado el gran número de señales que indicaban su localización El check-in fue lentísimo, pero sobre todo, tienen una nefasta señalización dentro del hotel. Desde la recepción para encontrar la habitación fue una odisea... muy mal... falta multitud de carteles que te ayuden a ubicarte. |

Las instalaciones están a la altura de un 5 estrellas, aunque el Costa Adeje Palace tenga 4 estrellas. Esta zona del sur de Tenerife está rodeada de hoteles 5 estrellas gran lujo, siendo también, muy tranquila. El personal de recepción no nos facilitó información completa del hotel, además, nos enviaron a una habitación sin ningún tipo de vistas. Posiblemente por este tipo de atención por parte del personal del hotel, no sean aún merecedores de tener 5 estrellas. |

Todo muy bien, las instalaciones y la comida son muy buenas Debido a un error entre ustedes y el hotel, tuvimos que esperar 2 horas para que nos dieran las habitaciones, ya que eramos 3 parejas. No nos tenían en la lista apuntados. |
