The location, close to the sea and the walks along the beach front. Easy access to Playa Las Americas. Nice room with good view.

The lack of choice at mealtimes since our last visit. People constantly reserving poolside loungers with towels for extended periods without putting in an appearance. No tea or coffee making facilities in room but available at additional cost as was room air conditioning I would prefer it to be included in the price I pay.

Room quality was good and maintained well by the daily room service. View from room (pool and side view to sea) was as advertised. Most of the staff at the hotel was nice, friendly and helpful.

Most staff attending the breakfast buffet was rude. They were probably overworked, but it didnt justify the attitude. Having to pay for use of the room safe was a first for me at a 4-star hotel.

Really nice design. Large variety of food at every meal. Good location. Quite and relaxing. Family friendly. Many more.

Older appliances in bathroom and room. Rooms advertised as "Sea View" not really viewing the sea. I would say more like "Better view" but not sea.

View to the sea, cleen hotel and nice staff. We hike in the mountains every day so a not too far distancia to the mountains is important to us.

The activities that were available in the hotel - mini golf, table tennis, rifle practice, archery - there was something new to do every day. There is an outside company called fram and they organise a lot of the activities within the hotel and they were just superb. They couldn't have been more enthusiastic, friendly and full of fun. You were terrific fram!! Also the pool area of the H10 hotel in Tenerife is just stunning, with its beautiful palm trees, pools and water features. It's a place where you could happily relax for a whole week without feeling the need to go elsewhere. However, if you do fancy the beach it is less than a 5 minute walk away. The location - Costa Adeje is a lovely place and you are near to lovely jewellery and accessory shops such as Sokat and the seafront walk by the Mirador shopping centre is really special. Finally, there is a waiter at the hotel called Mohamed who served us every day while we were there and he was just brilliant. He was kind, efficient and offered a real personal service. He remembered our drinks orders every day and he also made sure there was an available table for 5 of us when we came down for breakfast in the morning. He just added something extra which really made our holiday that much more enjoyable. Thank you!

I didn't like the additional charges for things that should be included in the hotel price. It doesn't seem right to charge extra for things like using the safe in your room, using the indoor pool and jacuzzi and using your bath robe outside. Its a real shame that these additional charges are enforced when they should just be part of the hotel price. Also, this may sound really petty - but what is it with the tiny teapots - please get rid of them now!!! There is nowhere else in Tenerife where you will get such a small pot of tea - barely enough for one cup. It really wouldn't cost a lot to replace the teapots with bigger ones!!

The room was very clean and a good size with an excellent outlook. Staff were extremely helpful and good humoured. Breakfast was an enjoyable experience. The pool was very clean.

Had to pay extra to use a room safe. Drinks in the downstairs bar were expensive. Wifi was charged for and only available in the lobby.

Food was good and was varied throughout the week. They have a terrace area where you can eat if you wish. The hotel is close to the beach area so you can walk out in the evening,

Our room was adjacent to communal stairs and was very noisy at start and close of the evening. The standard of wines supplied was poor.Only one that was drinkable was white san valantine. Some of the staff were quite unhelpful.

Excellent quiet location, with good facilities, and a beautifully laid out grounds/pool area. Although large the hotel provided good and varied buffet food, all in all a very pleasant stay.

The breakfasts were very good, great choice and items always repenished. The gym was reasonably well equipped. There were plenty of pool loungers and pre-booking of same was not permitted.

The air conditioning was very poor, we had it mended but it still did not cool the room down. We asked for a quiet room and were given one right beside a stairwell, which was very noisy as the stairs was not carpeted. We were moved on our second day, but as we had to vacate the first room by 12 and did not get the new one until 2.30 our whole day was messed up. The water torrent in the indoor pool was on all the time, even if no-one was using the facility, which meant you could not hear the tv in the gym. In a 4 star hotel I would espect free tea and coffee in the room, however there is a charge in this hotel for this facility. Also, there is a daily charge for the safe.

Firstly-the weather! Great to have some warm sun after a cold dreary winter in uk. Large, well-designed hotel with all the facilities. Situated at the end of 'the strip' and therefore away from the hordes. Nice little precinct right opposite where there were a few shops, supermarket and friendly cafe-bar with huge glass of wine just 3e and great Sports tv.

I had an overall feeling that I was being charged extra for most things that would be standard in any uk 4* hotel. 2E per day to have tea/coffee making in room and 3e per swim in the tiny, shallow indoor pool. The outdoor ones look superb but water just too cold for most people. However the indoor pool was not a good deal - a pity as I wanted to do some lengths every day. No good for that and really just for small children. Breakfast and Dinner were plentiful with many choices: I think if I were visiting this hotel again I would choose just b & b and upgrade only some nights to inc. Dinner. The restaurants opposite looked reasonably-priced and would have been a nice change. I arrived in the dark and in a fierce rain and windstorm and finding the hotel was not easy. By daylight you can see Pointers to the hotel at the roundabouts but these are hard to see in the dark. My big complaint (which I took up with the hotel management and about which I have emailed Booking separately) concerned my splashing out extra for a Sea View room. I had visions of being able to sit on my patio watching the sun go down over the sea with a drink in my hand. It cost over £50 for the 5 nights. However later on the first day-when I checked on this an found I had indeed paid extra-I realised that there was no seaview within the ordinary meaning of that term. If I looked out 'square' from my balcony all I could see was the roof of the indoor pool (at the same height as I was on the 2nd floor) and other parts of the hotel. I could not see the pools in the garden nor any sea except that by leaning over the balcony and turning my head sharp right I could just glimpse a tiny bit of distant sea. There was no view of the gardens, the beach beyond or the seashore.

A few 'extra' charges when on all Inclisive, like using the sauna or the room's safe, the 'sea view' was barely in sight of the sea, sometimes service was very slow and lifts often out of order. No airport transfer included

Location of hotel & layout of gardens, swimming pools & general amenities with a vast choice of sun beds in a variety of areas. Buffet breakfast was exceptional with a wide choice to satisfy anyone one plus excellent service from the staff. All the staff were exceptionaly courteous & helpful.

Petty additional charges being made for minor things which in a 4 star plus hotel should surely be included in the rate for the room, namely:- 2 euros/ day for the safe! 2 euros/person/day for tea making facilities & then being rationed on the milk provided! This I found particularly annoying. 3 euros/day/person for bath robes 3 euros/day for parking, although there was free public parking nearby. The h10 group really should alter it's policy regarding these liitle things which are just annoying.

Great place, Lovely facility. We really had a gear vacation. Family friendly and well maintained. Clean rooms with perfect food.

One person from the reception was very inpolite during the accomodation, what was compensated by the firendly and helpful staff of the hotel.

Spacious grounds with trees, pools, waterfall, relaxing atmosphere; warmest outdoor pool, plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Very good buffet meals in spacious dining room. Evening shows.

We chose privilege service so that made stay luxurious and we upgraded to junior suite. Booking.com said the room we booked was the last one, this was not the case, so we waisted a day of our stay getting upgraded

The food and main restaurant need improvement in quality and ambience, too much like a canteen. Would have been better if we had been able to pre-book privilege services and better rooms with booking.com at our initial booking!!

We enjoy the ambience of the hotel, and the location. Food excellent and staff very friendly and helpful.

I did not like the fact that all of the best seaviews from the pool are now taken over by 'priveledge customers' at all. We have been to your hotel 4 times now and love it, except that we feel now we are second class, at the pool side.

Outside areas and access to Paseo

Furnishings and decoration is tired/grubby. Restaurant has 5star prices for 3 star food.

Kids pool was good temoerature

Had a few issues and staff at recerption couldn't care less! Rooms dated and had ants. Kids pool good but very small. Food hall like a school canteen and too small for all guests.
