Pools were all roped off, food was terrible,rooms were old and overlooked the old rusting garbage cans, cars and refrigerators, room design was bad.everything about this property was not good..never stay here again and we checked out early..

Sea views Breakfast choices were good Bedroom clean and spacious Lovely to be so close to the beach.

Main swimming pool was closed -no explanation ! Bar in hotel had NO atmosphere. Sterile- even a few table lights would have helped. Entertainment was poor Bar service was non existent at times -understaffed-No teas/coffee facilities in bedroom.Water at breakfast for tea was never BOILING. Charging for a safe key was petty (4 star hotel ?)

Efficient hard working staff.Very clean spacious accommodation. Excellent location with masses of space an d directly on the beach. Used the excellent Spa although this is a bit pricey to buy as a standalone.

Relaxing feel, nice size room with a great view. Good selection of food seved at breakfast and dinner.

Limited number of free parking spaces. Underground parking is €6.50 per day. Tea & coffee facilities are chargeable daily.

You advertise it with air conditioning in the bedrooms but there is only air conditioning in the summer months it was so hot at night it was unbelievable I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone at this time of the year when the air conditioning is not switched on And the beds were very hard

Good facilities, large rooms, lovely pool area

Pool bar seemed to be very short staffed, waitress was very stressed and got our order wrong three times. We gave up eventually and went back to our room. I dont think all inclusive is worth paying for. Limited drinks available and same food as everyone else.

The beds are terrible! The hotel is not clean: the breakfast area, the outdoor area, the spa: nothing was clean. We even saw two cockroaches. This is NOT a four star hotel, three stars at the most! I really regret staying here, would never go back.

Although free in room Wi-Fi advertised the Internet did not work. Even in the public areas the Internet signal was poor or temperamental.

It was just what we wanted for a visit of only 4 days.

suspect room was over garbage truck collection each morning. We were Rm 472, but it did not really spoil our stay and thank you for finding my partners lost property and handing over to our friend Mandy Foster who lives there.

Location convenient, staff in the restaurant and bar very friendly. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Room was clean and had a good sea view.

Free parking very very limited. Lack of English TV channels. The female on reception at checkout could not speak very good English.

The design of the hotel was light and airy, our bedroom was excellent, very clean and the location was ideal for visits to nearby towns of Marbella, Casares Puerto Banus etc. Staff and other clientel were very pleasant.

Cutlery was a little unclean on the last day.

Although the buffet for dinner had a wonderful selection and was beautifully presented unfortunately some times the food was only warm and not hot. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be nice .

Efficient check-in and great to be offered a glass of Cava upon check-in to get you in the mood. Really great facilities and the hotel was in great condition even though it was not high season. The food was excellent! Great buffet for dinner and breakfast.
