H10 Europa Park  

I liked Europa Park for it's friendly staff, from reception to bar staff to entertainment and cleaners too. Location was ideal, close to restaurants, shops and a spotlessly clean beach. Although the hotel was full at the beginning of our stay, there was no difference in attentiveness. Friendly cleaning staff sensitive to our needs was a bonus. Ramone in bar was outstanding as we celebrated a couple of birthdays during our sty. Claudia/Edgar fab, our grandchildren loved them1 All in all, a very pleasant experience and I would be happy to recommend this hotel to my fami;y and friends.

I would like tea/coffee facility in rooms. I know this is not usual for Spanish hotels but as many guests are from other countries this is considered the norm in most countries in a hotel of this calibre. The €18 rental charge for mini fridge is a bit cheeky too! As it is paid for in cash at arrival, one feels it is more of a staff perk than anything else.

Good hotel for several nights. Friendly stuff. Close to Port Aventura by foot - 15 min (train cost 3,5 euro one way one person - not cheap).

The staff is very helpful and the hotel is well located. The buffet is quiet nice and diverse. Overall it was a pleasant stay at Salou.

Finest service, food and entertainment for vacation with family. We were very happy staying there and will recommend the hotel to friends.

It would be more comfortable to have hotel-service-information brochure in the room, not only on reception desk

I'm like a hotel staff, it were be very polite and friendly, swim pool clean every day, the hotel is situated in center of city - it was very comfortable.

In hotel was a lot of people, very noisy, in restaurant meal was be poor and not different/

El ambiente y el trato

Estuvimos en puente y para todo habia que hacer colas mas de media hora. Hasta para pagar.

La situation de l'hotel était parfaite, et le cadre très agréable. C'est un établissement très agréable.

Le personnel ne donne pas trop de conseils pour le séjour, ce qui est fort dommage

Tiene un amplio buffet entre el que elegir.

No es un 4 estrellas ni de lejos. El hotel está viejo, lleva años sin reformarse.

Mit betreten des Hotels fühlten wir uns von den Mitarbeitern umsorgt. Sie waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir sehr schönes wetter hatten genossen wir im oktober die herrliche poolanlage mit viel ruhe uns service. Die zimmer waren stets gereinigt und wir bekamen täglich frische handtücher. Fleißige, flinke und unterhaltsame kellner verschönerten uns die abende bei einer angepassten animation. Danke!!!

Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die nach oben und unten offenen glastüren der zimmertoiletten. Die treppen im pool sieht man beim rausgehen nicht gleich, so dass wir den einen oder anderen blauen zeh mit nach hause brachten. Eine randmarkierung mit abhebender farbe wäre sinnvoll.

Me gustan los hoteles mas pequeños. La comida, aunque variada, podria ser de más calidad: los zumos y cafes del desayuno de maquina (prefabricados) son bastante malos.

Las flores frescas de recepción, el mdoerno bar.

La limpieza en las habitaciones, el suelo estaba sucio, y el felpudo del baño tenía manchas marrones, solicitamos una cuna, y a nuestra llegada por la noche no estaba. El personal fue bastante amable y no tardaron demasiado en traerla. El zumo del buffet era muy malo.
