The hotel staff were excellent in all areas. We had a suite which had sun on balcony all day! Food very good with too much to choose from!
Suite had very good bedroom and bathroom. But lounge furniture was dated and shabby! As I say in middle of refurbishing hotel! Restaurant could be better organised.
2nd stay here, and enjoyed Staff are very helpful and very friendly and work so hard, Central in Playa Blanca, Food Lovely and lots to choose from. Rooms are very nice and get cleaned every day
Loved the location . Buffet was excellent. Nice piano bar.
Staff at reception needed to up their game . Bit uncooperative at times. Our safety deposit box never worked and no apology ever . Had to leave all valuables at reception and come back and forth for money which was a pain . Cocktails at pool bar were out of a slush puppy machine- yuck. Pool freezing!
Hotel carpets need upgrading but a decent hotel
Hotel location and general standard
Took three days to rectify a problem
- Check in swift. - Breakfast very varied and consistently good. Lots of healthy options as well. - Took half board, so had dinner in hotel. Was also very good. Station where they cooked your selected protein to order. Desert people will also not be disappointed - Location 5 minutes to beach and city centre by food. - Free on site parking. - Safe choice for anyone staying in Pl. Blanca. Staff were super friendly and ready to help. cheerful people!
Visited in december: hotel room a bit cold. Also a fair walk from-to reception/ restaurant, but for us youngsters no big deal.
Comfortable and clean rooms plus cuisine
Weather not so good!
Location, very close to beach and town centre. Comfortable bedrooms.
Although the choice of food is excellent, most of it is bland tasting and of mediocre quality- not unexpected at the price paid for the holiday.
Breakfast was delicious! Fantastic selection that we looked forward to every day. The staff here is was makes this hotel stand out, they are all helpful and friendly. The location was great, within walking distance to everything in Playa Blanca, a stones throw from supermarkets, bars & restaurants.
I was disappointed that the children's pool was freezing despite advertised as 'heated'. The dinner, while good value can be hit or miss with selection of mains. Desserts were always excellent. The late dinner time (6.30 in winter and 7 in summer) is inconvenient for families with young children who need to eat earlier.
We only ate breakfast in the hotel. It was excellent with a great choice. Bathroom shower was excellent and plenty of hot water. My request for room facing pool/beach was adhered to which was great.
The bathroom towels were poor - thin and over used. WiFi should have been available in the bedroom.
The hotel was lovely excellent location
with fi was very off and on..safe deposit boxes in room were extra charge when thought included!!
*Spacious rooms with pleasant decor. *Food very good quality, with plenty of variety. *Great location. *Really comfy beds with loads of towels and toiletries. *Variety of entertainment to suit all ages. *Pool area very well maintained.
*Personal thing, but don't like buffet for 2 reasons - too much good wasted, and - we never seem to be sitting at table and eating at the same time. *Pool terribly cold. *More attention needed to small items - glasses, hand-basin, bathroom floor not properly washed. *Glass bathroom door which didn't lock and wasn't soundproof!!!! Could be a major issue for some sharing a room!!
Location good - near beach, shops. Lovely room with sea view Room very quite - no noise so we could enjoy a good restful sleep Food in restaurant for buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent with plenty of options
best location good facilities pleasant evening entertainment
we found nothing to dislike
Lovely hotel. Very close to the beach. Great pools. Good buffet breakfast. Helpful staff.
Pools are very very cold. Wifi access was poor.
Location in between the Rubicon Marina and the town was great for walking along the coastal path. Large patio area with plenty sunbeds and a lovely soft sandy beach 5 minutes walk away.
Pool wasn't heated and was almost always empty as it was too chilly to use even though it said "all year round pool" which was misleading.
Excellent food and wide choice
Bed very hard
Centrally located access to both Old Harbour and New Rubicon Marina. Very close by to a sprinkling of bars and a couple of restaurants.
Restaurants packed to the rafters both at breakfast and dinner. Food regularly runs out and not replenished quickly enough. Carpets on our floor were absolutely disgusting and filthy dirty worst I have ever seen. Appalling Wifi slow and constantly losing signal. Basically unusable.
We have just returned from our stay at the H10 Lanzarote Princess. Excellent hotel all round for location, value for money, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, quality of food.
Slight prob early hours of one morning with street noise from loud music playing from cars. Only sorted by hotel after complaint to front desk. Pity to allow this to ruin an otherwise perfect place
Not far away to the beach.
Breakfasts and dinners :(
The staff was nice and the rooms were good. Good pools and good location.
Traveling with kids in this kind of package hotels is becoming more and more a problem. Having kids, being a booking.com client and independent traveler... it all seems to lead to a situation where you systematically get the worst rooms in the hotel. This hotel was particularly disappointing because of 1) a lack of hygiene in public areas (not in the rooms), 2) mediocre food (for example milk for children was of poor quality) and 3) a lack of staff for such a big hotel with many hotel guests.
Good rooms Overall, a good holiday location.
Some parts of the hotel need a makeover, especially the swimming pool area. Other parts have clearly been done, so maybe this is part of an ongoing process.
hotel was clean, nice pool, nice receptionist.
the buffet, you can eat in the yakimiki (?) restaurant but they didnt tell us.
Maid starting clearing room before we had checked out
Localization, room interiors, swimming pools area, staff
noise at night from hotel's parties, very low wi fi
