The pool area is excellent and the hotel is in a really good location with minutes walk to beach and restaurants.

The food is not great and the meal times are really rushed.

Refurb was quite good and friendly service.

Food quite bland. Broken loungers on the balcony. men with shorts should not be admitted to the restaurant for dinner.

Room requested not allocated. Could have been at addl. 20 Euros pp pnight. We should have been told of this .

V good breakfast fresh towels room cleaned every day nice pool area.

I felt vibration on the floor of the room and balcony sometimes v faint and it made me feel nauseous like vertigo. It was just two small areas v strange.

Good value, comfortable hotel with nice gardens around the pools. Excellent location close to beach and centre. Will return but ask for a room with a pool view.

Website says 2 pools, one heated in winter, but there is 1 adult pool in which the water was freezing, and a couple of kids pools which were warmer, useless for adults wanting a swim. Swing glass door to bathrooms not good.

Lovely rooms,helpful & efficient staff and whole complex spotlessly clean in spite of large no of rooms. Entertainment was excellent & catered for a range of tastes. Buffet breakfasts & dinners high quality.

Restaurant surroundings were a bit bleak & cramped when catering for a large no of people.

Friendly accommodating staff. Good entertainment, lovely comfortable room. Good location.

No coffee facilities in the room. \Bathroom door did not close. It pushed through.

The location is wonderful - near the beach and the shops and restaurants and yet just far enough from the town that the noise from the night life does not disturb you. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The entertainment some nights at the hotel was not great.

There was no heating in the rooms and the rooms were cold at night. The hot food was often cold

friendly reception staff, plenty of sunbeds , clean towels each day if required, plenty of hot water, nice music in piano bar . hotel in great central location.

Liked the location.

Didn't like the fact that tea/coffee or toast are not served as part of the breakfast. Most hotels offering buffet do at least serve the above. Quality of coffee was poor and it tasted awful. The bar was quite noisy in that hard to talk, water feature was quite intrusive instead of complimenting the area.

Location fantastic, Lovely Bar Area. Coffee Shop was a real nice touch especially as we went in the winter months. Brilliant Pool if going in the summer months.

Pool absolutely freezing in Dec and it states that its heated, ruined it for the kids as there wasn't much else going as it was geared towards Adults. I have stayed at lots of 4 star AI hotels and the food here was REALLY boring in comparison. Snack bar food was as in other hotels, burger and chips but would be nice to have something to go with the salad option, i.e. Tuna or cheeses or even leftover boiled eggs from breakfast maybe.

Staff and service, food and decor, atmosphere, pool area and easy to find sun chairs.

I feel the entertainment in the evening could be much better. Out of 14 nights I enjoyed only 4 shows. Namely Bee Gees Emotion, Waterloo, Guitar Heros and Argentina Fusion.

Enjoyed our 11 days there. Have to say the location takes priority - its so close to the beach of Playa Dorada and also on verge of town ( 5/7 minutes walk) . Staff very pleasant at all times. Great space at the pools and lots of comfortable sunbeds.

1. Did not like the bathroom opaque door which was a 'swing' door that didn't close - no privacy. 2. We were half=board and found the evening buffet ' poor variety' and was always cold. 3.Would stay again but only B/B.

The location was ideal for our needs and offered a wide range of facilities, good for families and couples alike.

The room we were in (2121) appeared to be right above the stage, the music was extremely loud and shuck the furniture in the room. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room ?
