Liked the facilities, ie pool area is excellent and spa is also very good.

They did not have a confirmation that i was to have a room with a sea view and also that i had requested a late check out, this did cause a bit of inconvenience but eventually was sorted when i contacted yourselves and hotel staff were informed.

It was one of the best holidays We experienced. the staff was excelent, always smiling and highly educated (Almost everyone spoke 2 - 3 languages on very high level) and there was not any problem during all stay concerning the services and facilities of the hotel. The place is spectacular with very easy access to the beautiful beach. Also the hospitality of the hotel was at very high level, We have been founding gifts from the staff every night at the room (bottle of wine as welcome etc).

Only one thing, but this is more for the architect who designed the hotel than to the staff itself. The rooms are not well isolated and You can hear almost every movement of the guests in the rooms above and next to You.

the construction of the hotel is very unusal but nice to watch and to be in.

food for breakfast in the main restaurant was not very good, small insects/ants were moving in bathroom, no doors for the toilets, turkish bath in spa was not working for many days.
