    Would not rate this hotel as 5star but a 4star as a vit run down and no information give to guests as to events. A lot of all inclusive guests changes the feel of hotel. The pool bar felt more like 3star and would advise going to cafes in shopping centre for lunch if like us you book half board.

    We arrived for a one night stay and enjoyed every second from Victor's attention at reception (we arrived at 10 am and it was no problem to check in early) to Nicoletta in the Gaudi restaurant who was so friendly and efficient to Raoul in the kitchen who prodced the best little biscuits ever with dessert!

    We upgraded to privilege but weren't aware of the free drinks etc available in the privilege lounge and paid for all our drinks at the pool and terrace bars during our stay. We'll know the next time!

    Great hotel, Location is good. The beach is nearby within walking distance. The roomservice is great, the staff is verry friendly but sometimes its hard to communicate with them. The food is great. Will definitely go again.

    Everything has just been amazing. From the welcome drink at the check-in, through the cleanliness of the room, the friendly, kind staff of the whole hotel (Mr. Sulleymann from the restaurant in particular), the dinner and breakfast buffet until the quick check out we had! Just awesome, thank you very much!

    Tiny little incomprehension of the minibar consumption, which has been solved as soon as we discussed it with the front office staff.

    The room and the private section of the pool area for the privilege guest, also the size of the complex

    It took 2 hours to find a room they gave me a room on the 2nd floor and it was the worst room I have ever been shown in a 5 star hotel. it was dark had no view (as it was ground floor level) and was just not nice at all. In the end after been shown 5 different rooms and paying extra we checked into a privilege room, which as far as i'm concerned is the basic standard of a 5 star hotel room. I nearly checked out as I was so mad and disappointed and the staff were not that helpful they left me to let myself into the different rooms and told me to come back once I have choosen one I liked. Not a 5 star service.

    Excellent services levels from all staff, especially in restaurant and location was ideal, private yet close to Maspalomas. There was an adult only area at one of the swimming pools which was very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The levels of cleanliness in all areas were excelllent and there was a real pride taken by all staff to ensure this was maintained. I also used hotel as a base for cycling and it was an ideal location for cycling along the coast to Peurto Mogan and Mogan. We were delighted with the hotel and would highly recommend it for all ages.

    Hotel is in a great location, few bars restaurants beach outside the hotel or a beautiful 15 minute walk down to maspalomas for shopping, bars, restaurants

    Rooms could have been of a higher standard for 5 star but overall it was clean and the bed was comfy

    The restaurant was superb and choice of food delicious. Liked the idea of the rooms around the edge of the larger pool area, perhaps next time?!

    People bagging sunbeds or going away for two hours but still leaving possessions on beds! Very inconsiderate, and pool attendants did nothing to enforce hotel requests that this should not happen.

    The architecture was fantastic- the waiters and waitresses were exceptional , the pool was beautiful and well maintained entertainment was better than expected and better than other hotels i have stayed in

    The Gaudi restaurant - overpriced for the quality of food - service was good - setting was "ok" but food was only reasonable for the price i was expecting more. The room location of 274 i think was a disaster , probably the worst room on site for natural light and not a hint of a view , asked to be relocated , first receptionist said it wasnt possible - everything booked out for the next 7 days - i found this hard to believe and asked another receptionist "Gregor" who was understanding and had us relocated to 405 within 12 hours , "much appreciated" finally we could enjoy our stay that little bit more and the small things make all the difference. We were half board and our opinion of the food varied in the main restaurant - all the red meats and occasional white meats were so tough it was nearly impossible to chew and i am not a fussy eater - might be recommended to taste the food yourselves before serving to see if it can be eaten , i got over that as there were other options but it was an awful waste of food , the desserts i didn't touch as they looked very artificial , and processed - maybe some people like this sort of dessert but i didn't see them being eaten by many , and those who sampled never finished form my viewpoint , Overall it was ok but after spending between €200 - €300 daily in a hotel i expect the above to be satisfactory - ie - nice bedroom and meat that can be chewed in the main restaurant and in the Gaudi restaurant value for money for be more satisfactory. I wouldn't stay there again or recommend it , as i seen some beautiful hotels not far from your location for the same value , and if i booked with them you never know i may get a bedroom that is not in some dark hidden corner with a view of a wall.

    Very friendly employees. Grounds, rooms very clean.

    Excellent breakfast, however poolside bar food very dissappointing. Mayonaise in every dish. No kids menu. Also à la carte rest. Nothing special. Pity pool not heated. Solarpanels needed!!

    Entertainment could have been better The privilege room closed too early, would have been nice to stay open til 11 especially when entertainment was poor

    Close to the varm ocean, and beutiful senery and Faro-maspalomas, but never H10 again

    Our room-terass a disaster! Dirty, cigaret butts and cucumbers. On the terassdoor a sign: allways keep this door closed! Indoor not working AC IT was our 4e time at H10 Meloneras but last. A shame for H10!, we ask for changing room but not service at all.

    Respectful and courteous domestic and restaurant staff.Remarkable design.Hugh resort with large pools.Main restaurant massive but staff seems to cope well with hundreds dining at the peak time.

    Discourteous staff at the reception which I have not come across in hundreds of 5 star hotels I have stayed in.Perhaps this arrogance is natural because of the popularity of the hotel.Spa use should be free in a 5star hotel. No tea/coffee kettle in rooms.Vast variety of food for breakfast and dinner but not everything fresh.

    Excellent breakfast selection, fabulous location by the beach and promenade. Excellent wifi in the rooms.

    Disappointed that the introduction of the privilege club has reduced services for other guests. For example the privilege Sun bathing area was deserted through our stay while all the posh Sun loungers were full in the ordinary area. Also Kettles and coffee machines should be standard in a hotel of your standard.
