El espacio y la locación
T.V muy pequeña
Have stayed at this hotel a few times now and really like the convenient and central location.
I am tall and the beds are too short and kind of hard for me.
Friendly and helpful staff
Very nice location and price
Everything was very convenient with this hotel. They allowed us to check in early, upgraded us to a better room on a second leg of our stay. Location is perfect.
The room was tiny. So hot, but really noisy if u opened the window. I booked a dble room. Would hate to see two people in it!
Bed, location, WiFi, staff
The room had no windows.
location excellent, centre of old town. all transport links excellent. cleanliness / staff very good, very helpful. would be hard to beat for value. would recommend to anyone, over all very good experience,1st time visit to Barcelona.
nothing to dislike. free (self serve) coffee/tea/cakes facilities may need slight improvement/upgrade.
Staff, location and breakfast were all excellent
The location in the old city was excellent. The room was small but clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was quite simple.
Location - right in the heart of the Barrio Gotico and close to bars, restaurants, metro and sights. Despite the location it was quiet enough for decent sleep
Not a lot to dislike. Double bed was two singles pushed together but still made up as two singles. Breakfast was on half-price offer, but even at 8 Euros there were still better offerings within a minute's walk
Great location and the staff were very friendly.
Room was very small and got no light as it was on the1st floor and the only window looked out onto a tall building just feet away. To make matters worse the light was broken and because we arrived on Saturday, it wasn't fixed until Tuesday (Monday was a bank holiday).
Good breakfast welcoming glass of Cava
Friendly staff, nice breakfast and above all the location.
Very nice location and breakfast. Staff polite and helpful. Clean room. Close to metro and a walking distance from town center.
Room relatively small. Be careful when walking in the neighborhood after 10 p.m.
The location of the hotel was the most perfect if you travel to Barcelona. Pl. Catalunya where the Aerobus takes you is only 5-7 min walk. Very nice staff and clean & comfortable rooms. Large as well with huge interior height.
In the middle of the night it was possible to hear when people were loud on the street, although it was weekend so we understood. Breakfast could be skipped as there are much nicer options in the vicinity of the hotel.
Excellent Location Friendly Staff Brilliant Bed
No view but not important
Location - close to La Rambla, lovely shops and fun exploring in the evening and looking for a restaurant. You can use the nearby metro but we walked almost everywhere, there's always a nice cafe for when you need to sit and watch and rest your feet.Hotel was perfect for 3 nights, breakfast was good. Complementary cava, water or light snack and coffee in the little bar after 2 pm was a nice touch.
However was reminded that the Spanish work at night if necessary and there was a lot of street noise/ rubbish collection etc and even one night it sounded like demolition somewhere near! It could possible be exactly the same level of noise in most city centre hotels. Not a problem unless you are a light sleeper.
For a city-centre hotel, the Raco del Pi is very good value. Rooms are compact but very clean and it has all the facilities you need for a short break. Breakfast was very good - and better value if booked in advance.
The 'double' was actually two singles pushed together which made the bed enormous - not too much of a problem. The hairdryer was pretty useless, but again, that's a very minor quibble.
Nicely updated small hotel in great area of the old city. The front desk staff was very helpful, especially Oriol. Complimentary glass of Cava at check-in was a nice touch. Room was very quiet even though overlooking street.
We had a top floor room with one small window below knee height. The presence of skylights added daylight so room didn't feel too dark. Note: there were good shades to cover both at night.
Being a smaller hotel made the stay more homely. The staff genuinely recognised you, they were all very helpful.
Small room, double sized bed rather than Queen sized. No kettle or iron in the room.
The location was excellent and the staff was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable, and we had an extremely quiet room off the street. We slept well every night!
It is a 3-star hotel which was desired for economy. It was not luxury, but more than adequate for our purposes. The room was a bit small but, again, it is a 3-star hotel. It met our expectations.
Great location, just off La Rambla. Quiet street at nightime. Stores, tapas bars and coffee shops open during day. Our room was on the first floor (floor 0 being at the main street level) and was very large. Staff was very friendly and quite helpful. Champagne, nuts and apples in the lobby at all times. Free wi-fi was available at all times
The hotel charged us 2 euros a day for the room safe. Pretty cheap if you ask us especially since we were staying there for 6 nights and already paying over 900 euros for the room.
Quiet. Good location in Gothic quarter. Near Cathedral, good restaurants. Metro stop five minute walk. Good breakfast. Good shower.
Lift unreliable. TV stations somewhat limited.
The location was perfect, the decor was stylish. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well appointed and easily usable but most of all the staff, especially Daniel, but really all of them, were great. I will seek out h10 Hotels the next time I travel in Europe.
The taxi from the train station wouldn't take us to the door so it was confusing to find at first. Our traveling companions didn't have that problem so it depends who the taxi driver is.
