Loved this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights in may. Lovely pool area, rooms were clean and staff were very friendy It's about 15 mins walk to the beach and under 10 mins to bars and restaurants. This hotel is just far enough away to get some peace and quiet and close enough if you want some night life. Will deffo be back to stay here again.

The food wasn't for us. Hotdog sausage for breakfast and evening meal choice wasn't good. We decided not to eat in the hotel.

Pleasant hotel with an excellent location either to get to the Port Aventura or to the beach. Perfect buffet, qualified service.

Slow wi-fi is the only "-"

Just about everything really.I am a wheelchair user and to be able to use the outdoor/indoor pools via a chair which lowers you into the water was excellent as were the staff.I must give special praise to Esmeralda as when we arrive the shower was over the bath and she arranged to have a swivel seat attached to the bath which worked really well and it's things like this that can make or break your holiday.She was superb in all our dealings and many thanks to her she along with all of the staff were a credit to the hotel

My wife was sick through the night and on the morning before leaving and the receptionist told us that there was a doctor there,he was very helpful and gave her an injection for the sickness before travelling but I thought that 100 euro was a little steep,although I don't suppose that that is the hotels fault.

we arrived in the evening, very hungry... we enjoyed the dinner for a reasonable price- there was a big buffet & everyone found something that they liked to eat. breakfast also had a big variety of food & the kids were happy . The room was clean & large. The purpose of our stay was to go to the lunapark which is very close- walking distance from the hotel.

Great location away from the busy part of Salou but only a short walk to get into it when required. Good enternaiment provided at night. Hotel has a good relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast buffet good value. Will certainly go back.

-in general the food was good, but it must be said that we had already better 4 star hotels in spain for this price. Especially the diversity in warm vegetables was poor. There is also no special evenings or something else.

great location, and good hotel for families

shortage of sun loungers - people tag beds early and then don't use them - in many hotels i have stayed in before the staff remove the towels Also at night the entertainement was outside which was very loud if you were staying in a poolside room

Hotel public areas were very clean. The pool area was excellent. The entertainment staff were very good.

Glasses in bedroom were never cleaned. Air conditioning was very old. Room looked tired and need of refresh. Staff were pleasant but a little unconcerned.

Location, good parking garage

Value for money, breakfast coffee & drinks, (awful) deposit for parking / safe box !?!, twin beds which were both on wheels and it wasn't possible to sleep together as they were moving around. Ability to shorten my stay without paying extra for it. It's a good hotel for family with children - not for young adults wiling to stay only for a weekend!

El personal, las instalaciones y la situacion, aunque no está cerca de la playa, se puede ir andando igual que a Port Aventura. De esta forma permite volver al hotel a comer y/cenar y volver al Parque. Se encuentra facilmente aparcamiento

La limpieza de las habitaciones muy regular. El desayuno buffet con exceso de bolleria y el fiambre de muy mala calidad. No me ha gustado que el frigorifico de la habitacion sea de pago. Seria un punto muy a favor del hotel que contara que este servicio gratis. Y el tema de las tumbonas de la piscina, aunque no es cosa del hotel sino de la poca educacion de la gente y pasa en casi todos, deberian de vigilar, al igual que hacen con que los niños no metan determinados juguetes en la piscina, el que la gente no pueda "reservar" poniendo una toalla encima, las tumbonas desde las 9 de la mañna hasta por la tarde. Nosotros ibamos a la playa, pero a mi hija la gustaba darse un baño antes de comer sobre las 14:00 hrs. Pues era imposible coger ni una para poder sentarnos o poner nuestra ropa, todas ocupadas y "reservadas" con toallas encima, pero vacias... La gente o comiendo o en las habitaciones.

The Gym is a joke running machines didnt work,the bike had a peddle missing plus cross trainer one foot peddle was broken very poor

Stayed at the hotel for a long weekend, found the hotel really nice was a great location 5 min walk to the beach and close to shops and bars but not to close where you hear all the noise, the staff were friendly, the room was nice, food was great, and there was lots going on for kids

The walls are very thin so you can hear everything, I got woke up at 5:30 am for 2 nights by next doors alarm clock, plus there was a sign by the pool saying no reserving the sun loungers yet I went out after breakfast and they were all reserved with towels on!

Good location, attractive price, full of services and facilities. We made a very good choice.

H10 salauris is a real family hotel. Staff was friendly and it was not too crowded when we were there (early june). It is not too far from the boulevard, shops and restaurants (approx 15 minute walk). We had a big room with all required facilities. Beds were not very comfortable (u could really feel they had been used a lot) but it was ok. Parking was free at the hotel so that was great, but I am not sure if it will be free in the busy season as well. They had free internet at the reception so you could see all the people in the evening at the reception checking mail and using Skype. Unfortunately no wifi in the rooms.

What can be improved is the food in the restaurant. Long cues during dinner and breakfast and the food was cold. Besides that if you do not eat meat (like me and my family) than the choice is very limited. We ended up eating out because of the limited choice fo food. We saw people just piling up food om theuir plate and in the end didn't even eat it so it was all waisted unfortunately. Further we went in the indoor pool (because we had a baby and it was too hot outside at the big pool). We had to buy shower caps (or swimming caps) to swim in the indoor pool. Why? Nobody knows. Just a reason to make some extra money I guess. It has nothing to do with hygiene.

Huge room, friendly staff, great food. The luggage room with showers and hair dryer is a fab idea when you are travelling with children.

In any hotel why do people insist on saving sunbeds, so annoying. If apple juice is available in the bar, why not in the resturant? When travelling with children with food allegies, orange or pineapple juice is not an option!!

excellent location,used as a base for visiting port aventura theme park and beach&shops,all 15min walk away.excellent choice of food in restaurant.comfy and spacious rooms,would book again.

although most staff where excellent,there is an over zealous pool guard who's always blowing his whistle,children want to have fun when in the pool but the attendant was always stopping the children having fun.no lilos or balls allowed but the shop in the hotel sells these items,why?this was the only thing wrong about the hotel,there are activities for children to use but it seems fun in the pool is forbidden.

Shame about sun beds all being saved

The hotel is equi distant between the main resort area in one direction and Port Aventura in the other. Both are about 15 -20 minutes easy wak away.

As this was early season the hotel was fairly quiet but I would anticipate that the pool terrace area could be cramped when everyone is around the pool area sunbathing.

Fantastic place for €45 a night inc. breakfast. You couldn't Ho wrong. We will be returning with our kids next year.

The location was near town and beach. The rooms and every area in the hotel were clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend it.
