Excellent place to stay. 1. Great great location-I can't emphasise this more- right next to cathedral n all the impt buses- airport bus stops right in front and straight bus to train station as well. Great food places nearby and can walk everywhere! 2. Very clean, modern and spacious apartment (including a tiny balcony! ) - a suite. Plenty of space for luggage. Kitchennete, coffee maker with capsules and utensils came in really handy. No breakfast provided but that didn't bother us at all as plenty of cafes at the door step! 3. Really nice staff - all of them. i would like to specially recommend and thank Christina at the reception- who was exceptionally warm, welcoming and spent a great deal of time and effort with us -taking us through the granada map and even finding out vegetarian places for us to eat! 4. They gave us a complimentary wine bottle! :) Overall, superb hotel suitable for all kinds of people ( old, young, friends, couples) Excellent value for money with big rooms and great service- in a European town !! The hotel stay was the best part of our visit to granada .. perhaps even more than the alhambra .. haha :)

Difficult to find in the car without contravening local traffic restrictions, but to be fair they did contact the local police to advise them that we were tourists - we will have to wait and see if we get a fine!!

Great location. Everything is perfect. Close to bus stop to Alhambra, Albaizin and airport. Very good value for money

Only few pillow covers were missing for family room.

One of the maids was excellent in greeting us, showing us the function of the room and answering any questions that we had. The room was very clean, comfortable and centrally locatd.

Check in was rather late in the afternoon 15:00 - 17:00, otherwise the maid is the one who helped us. We never saw anyone else @ reception.

Excellent location near city centre and bus stops for Alhambra etc. Good facilities for eating in, but great for restaurants in Plaza Bib-Rambla (we fully recommend Central de Granada). Parking very close, but hard to get to until you know the way. Pretty quiet too.

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. Spacious, clean apartments that are nicely decorated and very well maintained. The bathroom/shower was perfect - great water pressure, and nicely designed. Also, the beds were super comfortable. The windows insulated the sound from Gran Via very well - we would stay here again without hesitation. The staff was friendly and helpful.

A bit noisy the main street. Also roadworks everywhere in the city centre and difficult to drive in rush hours. Also It is difficult to reach the hotel by car because the Gran Via is closed for non public transport from 10 to 7 and the alternative routes to reach the hotel are crazy

The apartments were in a fabulous position with lots of amenities and restaurants/cafes located around the property. Bus-stops at the front door take you to all major areas of Granada including l'Alhambra. Staff were amazingly obliging.

New and clean apartment and very centrally located, directly on the main street and within walking distance you can find all interesting places and restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff.

Personnel is only available during the afternoon for a couple of hours.

The common stairwell for the apartments carried a lot of noise at times when people were coming and going.

Spectacular location to tapa bars, churches, and the route up to The Alhambra
