The staff personally welcomed up in the car park. Room was above our expectations too. Original setting/theme. A little awkward to find (no signs) except for one at the entrance of the village. Restaurant food well below average and consequently overpriced. No toothpaste, toothbrush or other basics in the room. When we asked in reception they took quite some time to produce them. Spa only half functional, and water not warm.

It is a very nice location close to beach junior suite very nice clean very quiet nice spa and well established gardens by the outside pool, friendly staff No high chairs for little ones external bar on saturday night with no service due to restuarant being open.

La ubicación. Es un sitio muy tranquilo y muy cerca del mar. Es de dimensiones pequeñas, lo que lo hace muy acogedor. Tuvimos un problema en la habitación que inicialmente reservamos e inmediatamente nos cambiaron a otra de categoría superior, con terraza amplia y unas vistas inmejorables. El trato del personal es muy agradable.

Les chambres récentes et spacieuses, par contre le mobilier exotique n'est pas des plus pratiques! La situation très calme de l'endroit avec une très belle vue sur la mer et la plage à proximité. Bon rapport qualité -prix. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas cher mais il y a très peu de choix et le restaurant était pareil: il venait de rouvrir pur le weekend de Toussaint mais c'était le menu ou rien!

La ubicación es perfecta: a 5 minutos de la playa de los alemanes. La "base" del hotel es muy buena, con amplios espacios, moderno, con atractivo exterior. Realmente tiene potencial para ser un 5 estrellas, pero le faltan detalles en servicio, atención, decoración... Creo que con el espacio que tiene, las habitaciones, que son enormes, las infraestructuras, etc, debería plantearse algo más a lo que dan: el servicio es escaso (en el desayuno la chica que estaba, sola, no daba abasto). La decoración de las habitaciones es escasísima, simplemente colocando unas flores, aprovechando la estructura de la cama y poniendo un dosel, poniendo unas flores...estaríamos más de lleno en un 4* de verdad o incluso en un 5* si se lo propusieran (base hay para ello...).

La tranquilidad que aporta el maravilloso jardín. La inmejorable simpatía y profesionalidad de los trabajadores. Las habitaciones amplias y con detalles muy acogedores. No hay nada en este hotel que realmente no nos gustase. Simplemente que la cocina es mejorable y que el minibar estaba prácticamente vacío; tan solo había una lata de cerveza, y botellitas.

Lo que más me ha gustado es la estética general del complejo, muy bonito y relajante todo, estilo rústico con un toque colonial, perfecto para parejas que quieran desconectar porque la zona es especialmente silenciosa y tranquila, las camas balinesas de la piscina perfectas. Todo genial y sólo una falta que poner: un poco de humedad en una de las paredes de la habitación que olía un poco, pero todo arreglado tras un poco de ventilación.

Pues esta muy bien cuidado y el ambiente alrededor de la piscina es maravilloso con sus palmeras y sus plantas,el personal muy atento y amable Pues lo unico es que la cama el colchon no es comodo es demasiado duro, si se mejorara seria estupendo pues si va alguien con problemas de espaldas no podria descansar bien

La sensación es de descanso, el trato es muy familiar y cordial y el personal te hacen sentirte a gusto. En el hotel tratan de hacerte la vida muy cómoda. No. Hay algunos detalles que mejorarían el nivel de servicio y la calidad de la estancia (desayuno poco variado, el jacuzzi está a la vista de todo el mundo, etc...), pero no son determinantes para la buena calidad en general.
