Stunning building and excellent location. Friendly and efficient staff and very comfortable rooms.

Not easy to find and the restaurant was rather expensive.

O silêncio, a calma e o isolamento

Superb. The staff are excellent, being helpful but not intrusive. La Boticaria is a genuine 5 star hotel - the facilities were good, the pool great and our suite was fantastic. We didn't eat there as we favour the pueblo ambience - a few small tapas bars in Alcala or a great tapas bar (Bar Jaula) in Dos Hermanas that is worth the effort. Finding the hotel was not a drama as it is well signposted and the Tom Tom co-ords were fine.

Magnificient Suite, Great facilities, we loved the horse stables, the pool, the spa, the quietness, the beds. Great for a small weekend break.We loved this Hotel.

Perhaps the room service and the bar prices were a little too expensive, but it is a 5 star luxury hotel...

it was absolutely perfect,from the moment my daughter and i checked in.our suite was beautiful and on arriving we were presented with a tray of lovely fruit and water.the spa was great and we made use of the gym and thalasso pools as well. we left feeling thoroughly relaxed and really didn,t want to leave. we had two nights but felt as though we had been there much longer.. in the nicest sense. the staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to make our stay pleasant.i would recommend it to everyone and certainly go back if i was in seville again.

there was nothing to dislike

Wonderful impressive ochre red building with grand tree lined drive even more so lit up at night. Much larger scale than expected. Beautiful courtyards with palms and fountains. Scented patio garden with red roses and lemon trees. Too cool on late night arrival or would love to have had dinner on veranda next to this garden. Despite late arrival were given warmest reception from superb man at reception. Whisked cases to our room and took us to restaurant immediately as it was almost end of service. Here staff were so welcoming and assured us there was no hurry. Meal was excellent and given wines to taste before choosing. Last customers in dining room but nothing too much trouble. Really peaceful tranquil setting, nothing but sound of cicadas that night and birdsong in morning.

Lots of comfortable chairs and sofas in high spacious entrance area but feels a bit too chintzy for me. Bedroom large with huge bed but again decor not so attractive. Spacious bathroom was dated but had all the amenities. Heating / air conditioning unit in the room not working. So could not turn off heating, temperature 25.5. Called reception were told air conditioning was broken. Had to keep balcony doors open. Not a very comfortable night. Although there were beautiful vast grounds to walk around there were no outside seating areas which we would have liked after an active holiday as it was a sunny day and it all seemed so peaceful. However it was a unique place despite the above.

This Hotel is very luxury and excelent! The room is really beautifull with hidromassage bath... Really nice terrace. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and I've choosen half pension what I really recommend! It's was a dinner very romantic and with a really tasty food, good value for the money. It's has a really good indoor pool.

Children cannot go to the spa. But It doesn't have a kids place to live them, so we could not go to the spa...

Comprendo que no era temporada de verano y mi queja por favor que se entienda como constructiva: encontramos al hotel con un minimo, repito minimo personal. En un hotel de 5 estrellas aunque fuera de oferta el precio de la habitacion creo que tiene que hacer honor a su nombre, me explico: solo habia una persona para recibir al cliente y dentro del mostrador la cual no conocia suficientente el hotel. Para indicarnos la habitacion lo señalo en un plano y nosotros a buscar la habitacion dentro de una inmensidda de habitaciones. Creo que estabamos solos p con otros clientes( dos o tres mas). Es el unico punto reseñable en contra del hotel

La literie et la salle de bain

Hôtel désert (on y était le 1er février) Froid, au sens propre comme au sens figuré: on a mis le chauffage dans la chambre et pour sortir dans ces immenses couloirs, il fallait bien se couvrir. Chambre sombre: plafond haut, fenêtre basse: pas bien conçu; et éclairage très insuffisant: au point de chercher des choses à tâtons dans certains endroits: je n'exagère pas. On nous a proposé une séance de spa: nous y sommes allés: pas âme qui vive, pas de lumière du tout: beaucoup d'endroits où il fallait avancer à tâtons, pour finir dans une piscine FROIDE. Nous sommes repartis à l'accueil pour nous entendre dire qu'il y avait un problème de chauffage de l'eau (décidément!): j'appelle ça SE MOQUER DU MONDE. Footing autour de l'hôtel: j'étais content d'être à la campagne: eh bien là aussi, c'était raté: une bonne partie des environs est très négligée et fait quasiment "décharge". Resto pas à la hauteur des prétentions... et des prix. Ce fut un séjour surréaliste, frisant le cauchemardesque.

Een heerlijk hotel in een prachtig gebouw. Lekkere bedden en ruime badkamer. Een driving-range!

Doordat het laagseizoen was, waren er weinig gasten en ook weinig personeel. Er was weinig leven, zwembad was dicht. Wachten op iemand die achter de bar zou verschijnen. De enorme tuin was verwaarloosd en de ruimte bij de driving-range was onverzorgd.

No soy acostumbrado en los cinquo estrellas que no hay sapatillas a disposicion en el dormitorio y andar sobre un suelo enladrillado sin alfonbras!

Etablissement majesteux, entretenu avec soins. La cuisine est très raffinée (même en demi pension).

SUGGESTIONS (plutôt que pas aimé). Dans notre chambre il n'y avait pas de chaise, l'éclairage trop failbe. Au restaurant du 22/12 au 28/12 (période creuse) la salle le soir ouvre à 20h00, vous entrez personne pour vous acceuillir.... attende en général plus de 15mn. La musique au restaurant la même pendant notre séjour (soit 6 jours).

La habitación limpia y muy confortable. Necesitábamos descansar y lo conseguimos. El trato del personal, correcto. También destacar la parte ecuestre y el magnífico museo de coches de caballos.

Paseamos por los jardines y nos dio mucha pena la dejadez en que se encontraban.

Muy buen hotel, las habitaciones muy confortables, decoradas con mucho gusto. Muy bien aisladas, no se oye un solo ruido, un sitio perfecto para escapada romántica. El desayuno muy muy bueno, no tanto en variedad como en calidad, todo de primera.

Falta mantenimiento en el baño, la bañera hidromasaje perdía agua (el tapon no cerraba bien), faltaban algunos focos halógenos, el cestillo para el jabón de la ducha suelto... algunos detalles q le quitan un poco de lustre a este 5 estrellas

Nos ha gustado todo.

Deberían cuidar mejor los jardines.

L'hôtel, le personnel et le cadre sont fantastiques

L'absence d'entretien, parties à l'abandon, restriction de personnel, spas en déroute, repas moyens. Un outil exceptionnel qui part à la dérive, dommage !

La situation géographique qui permet de rayonner pas mal autour de Séville mais surtout le côté exceptionnel de l'endroit: chambre magnifique,le calme, les piscines et le parcours thermal digne d'une thalasso.... Petit déjeuner très varié. Beauté du site et calme absolu idéal après une journée de visite de Séville. Rapport qualité/prix sans égal. Digne d'un "relais et chateaux" francais!!!! GRANDIOSE...

Nous avons voyagé dans de très beaux hotels mais trouver quelque chose de négatif à cet endroit c'est vraiment impossible à part peut être la difficulté à le trouver... L'équipement de la chambre est parfait (le lit est grandiose) seul manque le peignoir...

Personal escaso

Au calme à 15 minutes au sud de SEVILLE trés belle hacienda ,trés bon rapport qualité prix et bon point de départ pour visiter SEVILLE ,CADIX,CORDOUE... mais auusi la campagne andalouse et les petits villages typique et profiter au retour de la grande piscine du SPA ou faire une ballade à cheval .Le petit dejeuner est trés varié et le restaurant trés bien mais un peu coûteux .Compte tenu de la situation géographique de l'hotel il est préférable d'avoir un véhicule pour profiter pleinement de votre sejour .

Perfecto. Todo estaba impecable en el hotel, los caballos preciosos, el spa muy bien aunque algunas piscinas no funcionasen pero es lo de menos, las piscinas, la habitación con una cama enorme y muy cómoda, en resumen, se merece la categoría que tiene. El detalle de la fruta al llegar por la noche fue muy bueno.

Todo ha sido perfecto, para repetir.

Confort, comodidad y clase unidas. Buen restaurante.

Del hotel me ha encantando todo pero los jardines están muy descuidados
