The view, and calm
If you are not with your wife or girlfriend, you fell like very different to the other guests
The views are captivating, you can wind away hours just staring out over the infinity pool!
In my opinion, breakfast should be always include (no "optional") in a hotel like this
In our opinion, this has to be the finest hotel on ibiza. Breathtaking views and wonderful eclectic artistic grounds. A knowledgable friendly and professional staff who are all excellent ambassadors for the hotel. A rich place for the senses on both sides of the spa.
Having to check out.
The essence of this hotel has been lost, we could not leave quick enough - there is nothing to like other than its location!
Service - poor compared to previous stays Food - poor quality compared to previous meals Staff - inexperienced, lack of attentiveness, too few staff compared to previous stays. In my opinion the hotel has tried to make economies - young inexperienced staff, change of chef and reduced menu, reducuction in hotel staff, lack of maintenance (indoor pool in disrepair) - I could go on. In my opinion this hotel is not 5* anymore!
The room was very cute, which looked over this breathtaking view. The food was nice and breakfast was lovely. We also went to the spa pools.
We felt the food menu was limited, it would have been nice to see more choice. My fiancee also enjoys a warm drink in the morning so it would have been nice for a kettle in the room.
Sunsets LED display in room Spa bath overlooking the sea
The diner menu was not very inspiring and never varied - apart from fabulous wagyu beef.
The staff was amazing...the girl in the cascada was beyoung amazingg..she took loads of pictures of myself and friend..she is the best staff I have ever met in any hotel...i feel like the lukiest girl alive staying in that hotel..thank you to all the amazing staff that made my stay the best I ave ever had..
Location was absolutely stunning. Views are spectacular. Staff very attentive and friendly. Perfect for relaxation and re charging the batteries. Very nice swimming pool and great selection of different sun loungers and secluded areas around the pool to chill out. Lovely clean room with stunning views. Perfect hotel for a romantic break.
Lunch time menu was limited and pricey. Drinks very pricey and average. For example strawberry milkshake cost €15 and was very average. When we checked out we got charged for things such as bottles of water and snacks from the room mini bar that we didn't have. To be fair this was taken off our final invoice so good job we checked..!
Great view for the sunset, lovely pools
Location, amazing view
The service was just terrible. Almost everyone seemed to hate working there, they lacked an attention to guest needs that every other hotel we stayed at really made priority number one during our visit to Spain.
The 5* location and view. Courteous staff/managment who tried to sort most problems.
Pretty much everything else. I have stayed in better 3* hotels! Room: Private garden and malfunctioning jacuzzi overlooked by half of the hotel, no shade from sun with broken furniture! No complimentary water in room, astonishing for a hotel with health spa? Moribund orchid. Damaged bathroom shelf moved when using tap, rendering shelf unsafe. Sliding wardrobe doors, very reluctant to move. Dirty scruffy decor, (also evidenced in other areas of hotel) Public Areas: Horrid toilets with non functioning lights! Breakfast quite good but not worth 55 Euros per room. Uncomfortable dining chairs much too high for tables?!? Given the captive audience due to scary night time ride to hotel along narrow road, very poor menu which should change daily but doesn't... and quality of food variable.
The food In The restaurant Room Service ok
The site and the view, but also the architecture of the acienda. An amazing place don't miss it!!
Not do much privacy for some of the room which have the "Eden" terrasse... Not so Eden to my taste
Very nice, romantic and relaxing hotel with good food and wine. Quite expensive and not the best if you search party but perfect if you want to stay away for the busy part of Ibiza.
My husband and I stayed in the Hotel Hacienda for our minimoon. We had an Eden suite with a pool in the garden which was amazing. The facilities here are brilliant and it's the perfect place to relax and unwind.
We booked massages at the spa. The staff take you straight through and as soon as the massage if over they tell you, turn the lights up and rush you out. In short it's more of a conveyer belt and not very relaxing at all! We were also disappointed that they knew we were on out minimoon and didn't even offer us a free drink to celebrate! They completely ignored the reason why we were there and didn't make any effort to make it feel extra special for us.
location, views, tranquility, relaxed vibe,my room and terrace, service, simplicity and quality of the food at lunch, supper and room service- the dishes were perfectly cooked and executed, large sun beds, terraced layout-so feeling of spaciousness, helpfulness of the staff, particularly on Reception. In all a thoroughly relaxing, stunningly beautiful, escape which more than exceeded expectation.
Very poor selection of wines by the glass. Shattered peace from Room 300-the party room-Friday evening until?Supply of earplugs would be handy.
We stayed for our 40 yr blessing It was magical We were there with all or family The views are breath taking
The location and hotel decor is spectacular. Stunning cliff and sea views from the room and all common areas.
This is a 5* location with 5* prices but 3* service. They tried hard to fix all the problems we raised and the staff and management are likable and helpful but ultimately they are poorly trained and the hotel lacks systems and discipline to deliver a 5* service. Staff are mostly students who are there for the season so whilst they are bright and friendly they don't really know what they are doing! I would give it another try in 12 months to see if it had improved as the location and facility is really stunning but I am not holding my breath re requested changes!
The location is amazing- breathtaking. The pool areas are fab. Staff generally are very friendly. Rooms have fab views
It isn't 5* and not what we were expecting for our once in a lifetime honeymoon. More like 3-4* The prices border on 'rip off ' and you pay for breakfast on top at €27.50 a person. Staff mostly got orders wrong - except for Eden restaurant which fab. Not very clean. Our shower kept flooding the bedroom. Very eclectic styles - and felt bitty and not designed. Overall pretentious and overpriced.
The view was magical but please read what we didn't like.
Keep something in mind, this hotel can only make money for 4 months a year hence they charge three times the amount to make up for the year. (this was confirmed by a friendly staff member). You can't use the pool as it didn't have heating. The terrace pools you had to pay to use as part of a treatment. The food was average and priced handsomely.
Views, chilled vibe, rooms, the friendliness of all the staff
Food, variety in the area
Distance to Ibiza City
Staff so charming, friendly and very helpful - nothing too much trouble Views extraordinary!!
Breakfast good but rest of the food poor and expensive - dont mind good and expensive! Not enough spa treatments at lower prices - 30 minute massage would be good before going out in the evening
The view and location was amazing and breathtaking all at the same time. The staff were so friendly and always willing to help no matter what the request was. Bathroom and shower were really great.
The room needs some maintenance, as the TV nor front door didn't work. The mastic around the bath was chipping away. Food was over priced for what you got.
