Staff were very helpful nothing was too much trouble

Indoor pool and facilities weren't up to scratch. The pool was very small and the changing facilities non-existent. Also not open half the time so had to trail back to reception to ask staff to re-open the door.

if you do not like: 1) guests over 60 2) friendly staff 3) comfy clean rooms 4)peace and quiet at night 5) being away from the action DO NOT STAY HERE!

if you do like: all you can eat wifi (why you people are so obsessed with wifi while on holiday I shall never know) I do the important stuff before I go on holiday! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Hotel staff and meals together with location of the hotel; EXCELLENT

Excellent hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, upgraded 20 years ago but looks like an original Spanish country house. Large outdoor pool and tennis courts for those seeking more than the sunloungers. Quiet location is a plus but a car is really a necessity.

Be sure to make use of the indoor pool and gym which are not well signposted.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, free wifi, good dining facilities/offer, convenient position, pretty leisure environment (pool, courtyard etc.)

Slightly tired bedrooms/bathrooms but otherwise functional and very clean. Definitely didn't like that guests appear to be allowed to smoke in the bedrooms or on the Juliette balconies - we suffered badly from cigarette smoke wafting from our neighbour's room directly into our room and into the corridor. This really lets the hotel down for non-smokers but otherwise a lovely place. Could have some signage asking people to respect 'sleepers'. Corridors occasionally noisy until gone midnight with guests, including rampant children, returning from their evening out.

All very nice, must be beautiful in the summer.

Easy access. Spacious and well equipped. Nicely siituated. Excellent outdoor arrangements.

Only option for evening dining was buffet style and quite expensive.

3rd visit and this time noticed a subtle shift in makeup of the hotel. Still lovely helpful staff, great pool and rooms, lovely brekfast. You need a car to make the most of the location although there are buses down into Torremolinas and up to Mijas town.

1st time we have seen all inclusive guests. This makes the hotel fuller with more difficulty to get a bed around the pool (not impossible though). Shame the bar has to close early.

Nice traditional hotel, Beautiful inner courtyard and large pool area. Good regular bus service to Fuengirola and Mijas on the doorstep.

Very good value for money. Excellent pool area. Rosario in reception was excellent very helpful and friendly.

Rooms a bit small. Dining room could be better furnished.

A perfect hotel to relax and unwind at. Just a short drive from the beach, Mijas and also Marbella .

Some of the staff are nothing to write home about and the internet coverage can be a bit patchy. The facilities are nice though, and complaints about the rooms are unfair considering the price. Without a car you’d be stranded, but with a car, you are short zip away from cute Mijas, or down to Fuengirola. There are great breakfasts (if you get up early enough), nice views from near the relaxed pool area (and the pool itself is good too), and if you find watching the occasional bussed in blue rinse set dancing to nasty Julio Iglesias covers amusing (which we did …), you’ll love it!

This hotel was great value for money but it was not a four star by any stretch of the imagination. We had stayed at a four star in Grazelema and the Sherry Park in Jerez, both were streets ahead of the Hacienda. What is the criterior for grading? It is very confusing chosing a hotel on this basis.

To leave the hotel was only possible by local bus which was very frequent or by car. It is not possible to walk anywhere from the hotel

Hotel très agréable, belle piscine extérieure,personnel disponible et souriant.Restauration variée avec buffets copieux. La situation géographique exellente( loin de l'agitation du bord de mer et des hotels HLM)

la gentillesse du personnel le calme de l endroit la possibilité de manger un petit en cas a des prix très démocratiques le petit déjeuner buffet très varié

Le calme a 5 minutes de la plage en voiture, a proximité de la route des villages blanc, cet hotel vous charmeras par son aspect exterieur luxueux son parking aisé sa vue sur mer ainsi qu'un excellent petit déjeuner continental . Petit + le receptionniste de soirée parle francais et très sympa, j'y retournerai

Les chambres on besoin d'un petit rafraichissement bien que d'une hygiene et propreté exemplaire

La habitación y cuarto de baño grande, buenas vistas, limpieza y trato personal 10, la piscina y las instalaciones geniales. La climatizada todo un lujo.

Bufet poco variado. Hay q coger coche para ir a Mijas y para ir a la playa.

La localización del hotel, y el patio tan bonito que tienen. Asi como la recepción y la puerta

El hotel no es de 4 estrellas, vamos, he estado en hoteles de 3 mejores que ese. El personal de limpieza se pone a hablar de sus problemas en la limpieza de las habitaciones. El desayuno es una caca de vaca, zumo malisimo, Cafe para tirarlo a la cabeza de los camareros, Bacon no es ni tan siquiera bacon, y al dia que nos ibamos, nos levantamos y habia hormigas en la habitación

man konnte abends nur vom Buffet essen oder in der Snackbar. Wir finden, dass die spanische Küche gerade durch die Tapas lebt. Man kann dadurch viele Speisen einfach probieren. Das fehlt u.E. im Hotel.

Lekkere sportzaal, zwembad, goed buffet diner! Veel buitenruimte: terras, tuin, zonneterras! Heerlijk ongedwongen en geschikt voor langer verblijf.

Geen restaurant om de hoek, alles met de auto. Mijas op 2 km ( bergop).
