Hacienda Zorita  

I like the contryside beside the river and the aninals around it. Its a historic building with af lot of facilities - good wine and food. There a peaceful atmosphere and the staff is helpfull and friendly.

No, I again had a pleasent stay. It was my second visit.

Fabulous situation, tastefully restored, a tranquil heaven. Reception staff extremely helpfull, even arranging a wine tasting experience in english for us.

Dined in the so called signature restaurant, and what a let down.The food was at best average.I Complained about my starter, which had basic mistakes that should not have been made by a trainee.The waiter agreed with me and they did not charge for it. I would advise the owners to cease the agreement with an absentee "star" chef, and employ a youhg ambitious chef who might be interested in developing a good restaurant in a magnificent setting.

For the same price and in the same reservation the rooms were very different. one with full bath and king size bed and the other with half the size, shower and regular bed. I think that for the same price and reservation the rooms shoul be, if not equal, at least equivalent. When I asked the staff the reason for such disparity she did not know! Not the standard you'd expect from a 5 star hotel!

Full of character in a delightful setting reasonably close to Salamanca, and not far from the main autoroute. We stayed to break our journey from South to North of Spain. It is our second visit.

There didn't seem to be a maitre'd for the restaurant. The restaurant was empty when we arrived for dinner and we had to find someone to say we had a reservation and to take us to a table.Then there was no wine list, we just had to ask for the house wine and did not know prices of wines. As this is an excellent winery and also an expensiver restaurant we felt there should have been more detail to wine information and service in the main restaurant. Also a maitre'd. There is an adjacent more casual restauarnt and they all seemed busy serving in there and we were left for some time on our own without a menu or wine. The meal and wine when we did get it, were very good.

Los edificios singulares

Pocos servicios, no hay wifi en las habitaciones junior suite, spa no es realmente un spa. Restauración limitada. La visita a la bodega es una simple visita a una bodega de crianza y un video publicitario.

Su entorno

Para mi parecer es especial pàra la relajacion pero rompe todo el esquema la terraza situada en la parte trasera en la cual las tertulias que se realizan sobretodo por las noche en horas muy elevadas hacen del descanso nocturno insoportable y supongo que en fechas veraniegas peor

Lo mas bonito el entorno, el diseño, como se ha respetado el estilo del convento brindando un alojamiento 5 estrellas.

Me ha sorprendido las instalaciones así como las dependencias para clientes. Me gustó el contraste d lo moderno junto a lo antiguo y me pareció un lugar muy pintoresco.

Quizás sea por la temporada en la que estuvimos nosotros, pero yo tuve sensación de frío en las habitaciones.

Le calme, le cadre

Le personnel pas très sympa .....

El lugar es idílico, muy bonito y cuidado. El personal muy amable y atento.

La habitación no tenía baño privado en si, es decir: el lavabo estaba integrado en la habitación misma, la ducha en un cubículo aparte y el inodoro en otro. La habitación era muy pequeña para un hotel de esa categoría. La iluminación era escasa.

La ubicación en medio de viñedos y muy accesible a Salamanca. El silencio, el verdor de los viñedos y el ruido del fluir de las agua del río Tormes. Recomendable la excursión a la Hacienda de San Nicolás.

La limpieza del río que pasa por la Hacienda, que aunque se hace cada muchos años, nos ha tocado "olerla" No es necesaria tanta iconografía de Sergi Arola para atraer la atención sobre su arte culinario. Regustar sus platos es suficiente.

Entorno y tranquilidad

La ventana frontal de la habitación tenía rastros de llevar varios dias sin limpiar. No podías asomarte con tranquilidad, por que tenía telarañas de mas de un día
