Absolutely fantastic stay, at one of the best prices in town. Lots of hot water in the shower, spotlessly clean, modern decor. Windows kept out the road noise nicely.

It's about a 15 minute walk to the main attractions in town - really not a big deal for us, even with kids ages 7 and 4. Beds are a little hard, and you can sometimes hear the neighbors. Really, nothing major - we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was clean and new. The central air made the room nice and cozy in February. The front desk spoke great English and were quite welcoming. Parking on the street is free and the bus depot is right there if you need it. Road noise was quiet. Great WiFi. Awesome water pressure in the shower and nice bathtubs. If you go into the tv menu you can change most audio to English. 3 cartoon channels if you have kids. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Eroski (supermarket) is 5 minutes away if you want to cook. Kitchen is simple but decent enough. 15 minute walk to the center of town and easy enough for a 4 year old.

Only really negative we had was the beds are a little hard. Everything else is fine and if you like western style hotels this is the place for you. The inside walls are thin so if you have loud neighbours that could be a problem. We only heard ours occasionally. Parking in the underground garage is 12.90 a day and costs more every time you take the car in and out. Just park it on the street and you'll be fine. Just wish the beds were softer! We still recommend the place if you need a break from climbing long stairwells, cold rooms, and staying in more authentic and traditional hotels that are found everywhere.

The staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean and well kept.

The beds were very uncomfortable and walls are very thin. We couldn't sleep. The location is bad for tourists. Choose accommodation in the old town if leisure is your aim. It is a sterile business hotel 20 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor.

Kitchenette is not well supplied, first night was very quiet, second was very noisy.

The hotel is overrated, it hardly meets the standard of a 2 stars hotel. There is no central heating but a very loud and inefficient air-conditioning system. We barely slept as we froze throughout the night. By the end of our 3 days stay, we had all caught a severe cold. Despite the friendliness of the staff, there was not much they could do to help as the hotel is so badly insulated, one can easily follow the conversation of the neighboring rooms. We were asked to pay the full stay upon arrival which does not surprise me, as I would have left after the first dreadful night we spent. Internet connection, included in the price, never worked. You get a hair dryer if you leave a caution of 5 Euros, the rooms are meant for 4 people but the equipment in the kitchens are meant for 3! Despite the cold, no extra blankets are available in the rooms, we had to ask twice! In any case, Salamanca is a very beautiful town, to enjoy it, avoid staying in Exe Hall88 by all means.

We needed accommodation close to the bus station in Salamanca, and this was certainly close by. It was still an easy walk into the old part of town and the fact hat the room had cooking facilities was a bonus. It was clean, comfortable, modern and reasonably priced.

The 'kitchen' part of the room was a bit limited (eg. no plug for the sink). I was woken up by people walking down the corridor and talking in adjacent rooms, so obviously the soundproofing wasn't great.

The third bed in the apartment was a sofa bed, so it wasn't too comfortable.

Comfortable, well appointed rooms with cooking facilities and free wi fi that worked well. No complaints.

Modern and clean, car park very good, nice bar serving tapas. Small supermarket 5 minutes walk away.

Restaurant was closed and nowhere really suitable close by to get a meal.

No open restaurant when we arrived - no explanation why. Very poor welcome and food situation meant that with a disability I was unable to have dinner. Staff said just walk into town it's only a half hour. (not for me though) we had to take the car out and driving in a strange city at night with zero parking meant we missed out on a meal. We later found a taxi rank just around the corner, no thanks to reception staff. Taking car out incurred a E5.10 surcharge on the already high parking charges. Hairdryer and safe key only available on payment of a deposit. Breakfast expensive and poor. Gloomy room and small. Easily the worst hotel of our holiday and not recommended.

Luxurious hotel in a quiet area of the city, though not far away from the centre. Wonderful, spacious and clean rooms with everything you need and a kitchenette. Free parking down the street.

For the price it was very good, comfortable and close to the center of Salamanca. One could drive to the center in 5 minutes and walk in about 15-20 minutes. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke several languages. I would stay there again.

The only drawback was a 12,90 euro charge for overnight parking. That said, the parking was under the hotel in a safe, enclosed area. Overall, it was not a problem.
