These bright, fully equipped apartments are situated on Villajoyosa seafront. Some offer spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. Benidorm is just 20 minutes’ drive away. Happy Vila Rustico’s apartments feature a Mediterranean-style décor. Many have large bedrooms with a balcony offering views of the sea or the historic centre's colourful buildings. All have a fully-equipped kitchenette including a washing machine. You will find many shops, bars and restaurants within less than 5 minutes’ walk of the apartments. The Valor Chocolate Museum is just 15 minutes’ walk away. The centre of Alicante can be reached in about 30 minutes by car, and Alicante Airport is 51 km away. lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile, la pulizia trovata delle stanze e ovviamente il posto l'unico piccolo problema erano dei ragazzi che giocavano a pallone contro la parete dell'immobile nel pomeriggio. non mi sembrava il caso di andarmi a lamentare con lo staff, son ragazzi

Leilighet man umiddelbart følte seg hjemme I, nydelig og personlig interiør og utrolig romslig med tre soverom for vår familie på fem. Likte spesielt godt at den lå rett på stranden og I umiddelbar nærhet til restauranter og hadde fantastisk havutsikt fra soverom, takterrasse og stue. Var dessuten velutstyrt med vaskemaskin, tørkestativ, strykejern, micro, vannkoker, masse glass/bestikk/dekketøy, duker, kleshengere, dusjsåper, shampoo, ekstra håndkle til alle M.M. Og det lille ekstra som en vasketablett, oppvaskmiddel, tørkerull, skateboard, sparkesykkel, strandstoler, badering... Mange trapper, uegnet for folk som ikke kan håndtere dette. Vi fikset det greit selv med dobbeltrille og to barn under to år. Vi fikk til og med levert ny trappegrind (som vi ikke rakk å montere). Ikke aircondition, men funket helt greit med stillegående takvifter tross dagstemperaturer på 29 grader. Sikring gikk da vi lagde mat på flere kokeplater inkl vannkoker, men problemet skulle fikses.

Hemos estado alojados en uno de los duplex sin vista al mar, pero precioso, muy limpio, acondicionado totalmente con todo y mas de lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en familia, muy cerca de la playa. Un trato excelente y muy atento por parte de los amfitriones. totalmente recomendable, nosotros seguro que vamos a volver!

Son apartamentos y estudios diversos en el pueblo. El nuestro era el duplex y estaba muy muy cerca de la playa centro, en la calle Sant Pere, planta baja, acceso directo desde la calle. Otros apartamentos son en la planta segunda y tercera y creo que son sin ascensor. Bien equipado, con vitrocerámica, frigorífico, microondas, tostador, tendedero. Aire acondicionado (pero no horno, ni DVD). Las ventanas insonorizaban perfectamente. Sólo teníamos intención de aprovechar al máximo el tiempo en la playa y nos sirvió para ello. El apartamento no estaba preparado a nuestra llegada a pesar de que desde el día de la reserva (varios meses antes) nos preguntaron varias veces a qué hora llegaríamos, incluso dos horas antes de la llegada. Ademas, la limpieza dejó un poco que desear. Estaba muy cerca de la playa pero la zona cambiaba mucho de la playa a nuestra calle. Tampoco nos sentimos demasiado inseguras.

El trato y recibimiento fue estupendo, además de hacer de guia de turismo para recomendarnos los mejores sitios de la zona. Al apartamento no le faltaba nada, estaba al completo con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas agradables vacaciones. La habitación y el edificio estaba muy limpio. Lo mejor, la ubicación!! Hasta ahora no he sabido realmente a lo que le llaman 1ª línea de playa hasta este alojamiento, los demás anteriores no eran primera línea de playa. Lo recomiendo.

on est près de la ville sans en avoir les inconvénients .La propreté de l'appartement et sa situation, bord de plage ,calme ,l'accueille de l'hôtesse .C'étais très bien sauf quelques petits détails mais qui ne gâche en rien les vacances il manque de vaisselles ,appartement pour 6 personnes mais il n'y a de la vaisselle que pour 4 et encore .Pas de plat pour faire une salade ,manque d'assiette etc ...

El trato fue excelente. El director, muy amable, nos ofreció un upgrading tras comentarle que era un viaje muy especial para nuestros hijos.Dedicó tiempo a mostrarnos ambos apartamentos y darnos opción de elegir. Muy profesional. Muy destacable la ubicación, las vistas en primera línea de playa, maravillosa terraza perfectamente acondicionada. El menaje prácticamente a estrenar, así como ropa de baño, de cama, colchones perfectos. El apartamento muy amplio, con dos pisos. Muy recomendable para relajarte o viajar con niños. No podemos indicar nada que nos haya desagradado en particular.

La relacion calidad precio es muy buena, que sea triplex es una buena opcion, porque estas juntos pero separados Yo contaba con subir y bajar escaleras dentro del apartamento, pero no me gusto que para acceder a el tenia que subir otros dos pisos.
