Room was comfortable and clean , except for the bin in bathroom had not been emptied yuk! The swimming pool was empty and the bin in my bathroom had not been emptied yuk! Breakfast had to be paid for extra and was not included in the price, no entertainment .

Ubicación y disponer de un cómodo aparcamiento. La cafetería y la falta de experiencia de su personal. Elevado precio del desayuno respecto al coste de la habitación.

No me ha gustado la ubicación del hotel y la verdad es que para ser un 3 estrellas la relación calidad precio deja mucho que desear. Demasiado antiguo y sin remodelar

Sobre todo el trato de los empleados, tanto recepcionistas como camareros, barman, etc. Las instalaciones en conjunto están muy bien y el precio es razonable tanto el de las habitaciones como el del bar, restaurante, etc. Algunos clientes bajitos un poco salvajes, pero esto no es culpa del hotel.

El personal muy amable. El hotel es muy bonito por dentro y por fuera, la habitación muy grande y limpia. Estaba lejos de Haro y algo complicado para encontrarlo.
