Room was big with modern fittings. Convenient location to main road and wine region. Near to road so a little bit noisy. No water in the pool (we fully intended to use it). Staff were friendly and attentive but not of a high enough level that was expected for the price. Food was pretty poor. Set menu price would have been fair if the food was of a higher standard than it actually was. Small things like heating the food properly would have helped. Starter was non-descript – the main course was inedible. We left half way through our meal – all amicable (staff were charming but just a little lacking in serving skill/experience). Bottom lins: There are many other great value, beautiful hotels around with fantastic food – I would only recommend this hotel as a last resort and if the price was €60-€80 rather than €180!!!

Hotel is in a good place for Santander and the ferry ports. The food was so bad we sent both meals back. Everything was out of the freezer and into the fryer, however they still managed for get the chips cold. We complained twice but still charged for the food.

Practicle clean rooms. nice swimming pool. The village of haro is very nice because there a few tapas restaurant with nice food and wine. Very Fun to be there. Very bad breakfast. The bread wasn' t fresh, it was factory bread.

Nice bar, friendly staff, good tours offer to La Rioja, 10 minutes walk to the center of Haro. Awesome swimming pool! Perfect for some relax after a wine battle ;-) Maybe a bit too pricey, just a couple of old computers for the whole hotels - even though wifi was free and fast

Todo el Hotel Ciudad de Haro en sí, es lo que me ha gustado... Una atención personalizada y exquisita, desde la primera toma de contacto... pues, atendieron mi solicitud desde que hice la Reserva de una Habitación Doble para pasar una Noche hermosa y escapar de la Ciudad. Me sorprendió que esa Habitación fuera igual que una Suite, como una atención del Hotel. La cual consistía en una hermosísima Habitación con Cama de Matrimonio. Una Sala previa, con sofás, mesa de centro, escritorios, TV., Equipo de Música, Reproductor de DVD y Bicicleta estática... El Cuarto de Baño, con Bañera de Hidromasaje y todo lo necesario para el aseo personal. Toda la estancia con calefacción, y buenas vistas a la Piscina y alrededores del Hotel, lo que hizo que ésta fuera una "escapada ideal" para un Aniversario y San Valentín. Por tanto, no sólo a los que viajan y desean alojarse en un muy buen Hotel a su paso por Haro, sino que se lo recomiendo a todo aquel que quiera "escapar" de la Ciudad por unos días... Si buscan en verdad un Hotel con encanto... El Ciudad de Haro lo tiene todo... La relación: Calidad-Precio... insuperable. La ubicación, inmejorable... con muy buenos accesos... Parking en el Hotel y Estaciones de Servicio, al lado. Desayuno tipo Buffet, completísimo. Ahora, sólo hace falta que Tú lo pruebes... Yo ya lo hice y comparto. Gracias, Hotel Ciudad de Haro... Hasta la próxima...!!!

Camas confortables. No ruido exterior. Pedi cama doble y nos pusieron en camas individuales. De la cadena del water se salia el agua. La television no estaba en la habitacion,sino en un saloncito a la entrada. No habia maquina de cafe, infusiones o agua y el hotel esta retirado del pueblo. Relacion calidad/precio, regular. La calefaccion estaba toda la noche funcionando.
