the hotel was what we expected,a typical chain hotel.

It took a long time to get booked in, a good 5 mins per person ( 3 of us ). This was not the fault of the staff but the long winded computer system.

Nice people, stopover location with parking outside.

room a little cold - but we did arrive late - and went out for a pizza without checking the radiator was on :)

Can't fault it - a centrally located, modern city hotel, reception people speak a very good English, and the room was huge - we really liked it. At the price, great value for money. We were very pleased with our stay. Beware! GPS will NOT bring you to the right place, Im not sure exactly why that is, but it brough us to some strange building with apparently the same address. If this happens to you, you need to continue along the road, then turn left to the boulevard, and continue down the boulevard until you see hotel on your left.

Hotel is in centre of new part of Berga, so you can easy go to square with many of restaurants. It is 5 min. To walk to old town of Berga from this square. Personal was very friendly, they helped us with everything what we needed. They speak good english, what is not so usual in Spain.

This is not a large hotel and is in a small town. We arrived during a thunder storm [in summer] and received a very warm welcome .We were given a large room above the street so we were able to watch the "festival" down below from our room. With the windows closed, we didn't hear the noise below!! Breakfast is a typical Spanish breakfast so don't expect much! I recommend this hotel as a stop-over for one night.

Le confort, la gentillesse du personnel

Le restaurant ne reçoit que les groupes. Le dimanche soir, Berga est une ville morte, le premier bar à tapas que nous avons trouvé nous a repoussé par son odeur, le second était trop plein pour nous recevoir. Heureusement nous avions deux pommes et l'eau du robinet!!

La habitación estaba muy limpia, las camas eran grandes. Tiene wifi gratis, aunque no es muy rápida pero tampoco estaba mal. La relación calidad precio/aceptable

La tele era bastante antigua, la calefacción era central y no estaba encendida. No incluye desayuno.

Emplacement parfait, très accessible, avec parking gratuit, au bord de la vieille cité, à visiter, mais inaccessible en voiture. Un hôtel bien entretrenu,très soigné, avec un accueil de très grande qualité.
