Helios Benidorm  

We had a very clean modern room on the 8th floor.it was a small twin room with a walk in shower overloking the pool ,we ate at the hotel ie lunch and dinner which was on special discount for only 7euros per person per sitting.food was plentiful, good variety but only average in quality,breakfast was included in the price for the room and that was the same as specified as dinner and lunch,The hotel was kept in prestine condition and was everything you could wish for.The hotel is ideal for holiday makers who need wheelchair friendlyness which they seem to cater for in a big way as they were everywhere,Great staff ,nice pool and bar ,What more could you want???,Would use this hotel in a flash because its very walkable and central to the entertainment ,

try to stay here at least thee times a year, all staff nice people and rooms via Alpha rooms have always been very good.

Your average 3* hotel. Rooms spotless and cleaned regularly. Nice comfy beds. Was on ninth floor but 3 lifts and never a problem.if you have car underground car park is excellent and secure and just behind hotel but is 10 euros per day. All bars etc on doorstep but far enough away for peace and quiet. Sylvia on reception helpful and speaks excellent English. Took a while checking in but it was a friday tea-time. If you went out for day it was no problem to have a picnic made to make up for missed breakfast but must be ordered night before.good reception on tv,s in bedrooms.

Only had breakfast in dining room and was ok but cereals were poor and fruit juices were like water! Coffee was disgusting. With exception of sylvia I found the hotel staff fairly unfriendly. Didn,t think much of hotel entertainment so used hotel across road! Very thin walls between rooms.

The reception staff were very helpful

Bar staff very rude and the parking situation could have been explained better.

although staying in benidorm at least three times a year this is the first time i have stayed at the helios hotel, the location is good if its the market you would like to visit and the beach within easy walking distance, i wouldn't esitate to recommend the helios to my friends

The shower was excellent. The room was very nice and modern.

The walls were paper thin. We could hear the conversations of the families on both sides of our hotel room. Getting a good night's rest was very difficult as we were always awakened by the families on both sides of our hotel walls.

El precio, pues es bastatente razonable. La ubicación no esta mal, un poquito alejado de la playa, aunque tiene sus ventajas como aparcamiento. La zona del hotel no esta mal, esta lo suficiente alejada de la marcha aunque a un par de minutos estas en ella.

Quiza el horario de las comidas y el rudio de las televisiones a primera hora de la mañana.

Que el baño de la habitación tenia bañera hidromasaje. Y el buffet del desayuno estaba muy bien.

Habia zonas en el hotel que olia mal, como ha cloacas.

Het was redelijke dicht bij het strand en winkels.

De bedden waren heel erg had niet echt lekker. Ben je nog niet echt uitgerust.

Ottimo per la posizione dove e' situato, vicino al mare lontano dai frastuoni della citta

Le pulizie non sono soddisfacenti nonostante la loro insistenza ogni mattina

El hotel esta aceptable en calidad precio,Personal Agradable,Desayuno bastante bien.

Me hubiera gustado que tuviesen mini frigorifico en las habitaciones, al igual que el televisor es pequeño y antiguo deberian cambiarlos
