Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms and helpful reception staff. A rather characterless 'international' hotel and disappointingly not in the best location for the old part of the city or the sea front.

The location of the hotel is perfect, in the very center just a 100 mts away from Riazor beach..The price is really considerable for such a hotel with great comfort and cleanliness..

The location was great for access to shops, bars and restaurant. The receptionist on the evening we arrived was not that pleasant and gave us the card for somebody else room which was occupied . Her manner was not good.

La ubicación, la relación calidad/precio, la habitación era bastante grande. Un poco de ruido de la calle en fin de semana. En el desayuno (tipo buffet) se podían pedir platos recién hechos, pero el camarero no siempre estaba por allí para pedírselos.

El trato ha sido excelente. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y confortables y con todo tipo de detalles. Nos dieron una habitación de tipo superior sin cobrarnos nada adicional. Nos encantó. Repetiremos sin duda alguna.

La habitación es muy amplia. Está en una excelente ubicación. No tiene parking. Tienes q aparcar ( si tienes suerte) en zona de carga y descarga delante del hotel para descargar y luego llevar coche al parking a unos 300 M. Otros hoteles te lo llevan ellos( el nh atlantico) y no te cobran por ello. Tiene en la entrada princiPal como unas 10 escaleras nada mas entrar para llegar a recepción , sin rampa ni nada, q para ir con maletas de ruedas y silla de bebe son horrorosas.

Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas, la habitacion no estaba muy limpia, la moqueta tenia manchas, la pintura de las paredes tambien. Aunque eramos una pareja en el baño solo habia un cepllo de dientes, una esponja y en la balñera habia un dosificador comun para gel/champu. La television era antigua y pequeña de hecho era de las de tubo. Por cierto muy ruidoso, da a una carretera de centro ciudad pero estaba mal aislado coches de madrugada, gente de la calle gritando se oia todo!!! Y eso que mi habitacion era de la 6º planta, no me imagino como dormirian las plantas inferiores. Por cierto no tiene parking, te ofrecen uno publico pero hay que pagarlo noi siquiera tienen el detalle de ofrecerte plazas de parking pagadas por el hotel.
