It was alittle hot in the room, but this is a problem in every hotel in winter, it is always difficult to regulate the dryness in the room.

Welcoming ,friendly & helpful staff. Room was comfortable & spacious & noise-free. The hotel was fairly centrally situated. The breakfasts & buffet meals were good.

La habitación con mucha luminosidad y buenas vistas. El desayuno esta bien La televisión un poco pequeña y anticuada El desayuno de cortesia para los huéspedes que deben dejar el hotel antes es muy pobre se podría añadir facilmente fruta y embutido.

Me ha gustado en general todo: la limpieza y el orden de la habitación y del baño, la atención del personal, la ubitación del hotel para entrar con el coche, la opción de meter el coche en el garaje, el buffet del desayuno. La verdad es que ha sido un hotel donde he estado muy cómoda. Algún problema que puede surgir cuando se duerme en un hotel es la comodidad de las camas. Las camas eran muy comodas y pude descansar y dormir como en casa.

Personal muy amable en recepción. En general buenas instalaciones y limpieza. Nos hicieron una oferta en el desayuno si confirmábamos el día antes, pero preferimos disfrutar de la gastronomía gallega y no hacer un desayuno fuerte. No usamos el parking porque aparcamos sin problemas en la parte trasera del hotel. Destacaría su buen precio y el fácil acceso en coche frente a otros ubicados en zona pestonal. Está algo menos céntrico de lo que parece. En la habitación hacía frío y la calefacción no funcionaba, daba igual la temperatura a la que se pusiera el termostato. Tampoco funcionaba el radiador calienta-toallas del baño. Las toallas, por cierto, son solo un poquito más grandes que las de mano. El hotel estaba desierto y nos dieron habitación justo al final del largo pasillo, donde no llegaba ni la wifi. La bañera tiene la clásica media mampara de cristal, que permite salpicaduras por todo el baño cuando te duchas. La tv es bastante antigua, pero la oferta de canales no está del todo mal. Productos de baño solo para una persona. De puro tranquilo, el hotel nos resultó un tanto tétrico por estar casi vacío, en plena Semana Santa.

Me gustó todo..el sitio.las instalaciones,la decoracion.el desayuno que era fantástico con una gran variedad de productos para deleitar al más exigente y si no te gusta algo te preparan lo que quieras en el acto y que además está en el centro de ferrol al lado de una calle principal y no se oía nada de ruido,ni del tráfico ni de las habitaciones contiguas a la mía.es muy tranquilo..para mi marido y para mí fué genial.repetiremos en breve. Como ya indiqué anteriormente fué todo genial.me gustó todo.

El vienestar del hotel... La calefaccion estaba muy alta y resultaba molesta. Mucho calor en el pasillo y se filtraba a la habitacion y nos toco quitar la calefaccion y dormir con la ventana abierta ...estaba a mas de 25...
